Kendall is a boss. His demeanor and welcoming attitude is worth a trip here. Of course the food and beer is great too. In these crazy times, it's nice to come in and feel like you are at home. Treated like a regular. I'll bring my family here time and time again for good food, beer and great atmosphere.

We waited an hour and a half for a pizza, when we tried asking about it the guy said “everything is on its way out, bud” in a super rude way…..( they actually told us the second time they forgot about our pizza in general) multiple people got there after us & they had already gotten their food, ate and left before we got our food. They finally bring us our pizza in a to go box with no plates, like they wanted us to leave! I am a super nice person, tipped them a lot in cash and they were just flat out rude and unapologetic. Blasting all over social media ✌️🧡

Ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings today. After picking it up, we saw that it was burnt and asked that another be made. Guy there said he would have another ready in 8 minutes. A freshly made pizza is not done in 8 minutes. The pizza was terrible! This pizza was definitely not freshly made, nearly burnt again, with next to no toppings. The thickness was very uneven with a large doughy part and the pizza cut very irregularly. May be the worst pizza we have ever had. And cost almost $30. Rating of zero stars!

Placed an order from Breakwater through Grubhub only to be informed, after waiting for over an hour, that they were apparently too busy to make our food. that's fine if you're too busy for takeout orders, but to wait until the food was supposed to be complete before telling us was horribly unprofessional and left us scrambling for a plan B the food on the menu looked like it might be good, but I unfortunately didn't get the chance to try it

Customer service is Horrible. 6/19/22 When my Food order was never processed. 45 mins later, Was told my meal could be COMPED I said fine. Thank you. Apparently the host doesn't know the definition of the word COMP so she basically canceled my order. When I addressed my meal. I was told she COMPed my meal, and canceled it cause she "thought" we didn't want it. My wife an I we're starving!! An hour later we just walked put hungry and upset. Someone please explain to your waiters what COMP means. COMPLEMENTARY
