El Pollo Loco

Horrible experience the restrooms are extremely dirty. No toilet paper. Dinning room dirty unkept. This restaurant really needs attention b/c it's in bad condition from service to cleanliness. I ordered just to see what I would get and i wasn't surprised in the least i overheard the staff dreading to have to clean when closing. They were out of cabbage cheese only had a enough ingredients for 5 burritos. Unacceptable in all ways. T hi is restaurant is across the street from a High School and most of the employees look pretty young so I really dont think they care about this location besides the fact that it's almost across the street of what is know as the hood.

My wife bought me this salad today 7/23/21 @ 3:13pm, and As I was chewing my food my teeth made a loud cracking noise. As I was spitting my food, apparently they allow workers to use fake nails and that’s what I was chewing. One of the most grows experiences I’ve ever had. This place just for that could be shut down. What a nasty and unpleasant experience. Check your food before you eat you never know how unsanitary restaurants can be 😡😡😡😡. I definitely would never recommend this place EVER.

For the most part they're usually ok. This is my first review ever, I ordered the Pozole Verde and it's mostly just broth, but with this cold weather, I was ok with it. Then I took a bite of the corn chips that comes with it and they're stale. Please don't serve stale tortilla chips, it ruins the meal. :-/
