Aiga Island Grill

Apparently this place is now permanently closed but my boyfriend and I went here about 3 months ago and it was opened. However if it is close I wouldn't be surprised. Our chicken which got good reviews didn't taste like there was any chicken instead we felt like we had just been served fried batter. My boyfriend didnt enjoy his poke and everything else taste bland. On the plus side though, their fries were delicious we should've just ordered those then left.

This is our new go to restaurant! Being from Hawaii I'm picky about "Hawaiian" Food. I can say wholeheartedly that this place is Ono, authentic, fresh, delicious, large servings, quality fresh fish flown in straight from Maui! The great service, relaxing family friendly atmosphere is the perfect place to bring your entire family or just a nice meal with a sweetheart. The first time we ate here I thought they missed something on our ticket. I couldn't believe that after having 2 full plates, appetizers and 2 adult beverages the price was incredibly affordable. I actually thought they forgot to charge us for something, but it turns out to be their regular prices. I don't know any other restaurant in the area that has their quality and prices. If you walk by this place on the way to the theatre or the beach you'd be doing a huge disservice to your stomach if you don't stop. The service is friendly and on top of their game. Our food came out hot, our drinks where always full and Shelley is awesome! Much Mahalo! We love you and are glad you are here!

Nice, cozy restaurant with indoor and patio seating. I was here for breakfast. The menu has standard breakfast faire and a smattering of "island" twists on classics. I had a pole scramble with two scoops of rice and mac salad. The real win here is on the staff. Everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in if I was enjoying the experience. My server, Daisy, was very attentive to all of her customers, answered questions and most importantly kept the coffee coming. I think it is a little expensive for the overall quality but the location and service would make an occasional visit worthwhile. This place is newer, replacing Dino's, so now is a good time to visit and give them feedback on the menu.

For the person who gave them a 1 star was probably on a busy night which is the weekend so be prepared to wait for an hour before you get your meal which is understandable when it is packed. It is well worth the wait and plus they have beautiful Island Music to keep you in a great mood. I think if they showed some Island Music Videos that would pass the time when it is totally packed. But come on a Monday which I did food, service, and time waiting was excellent. The place is not packed at all and I came at lunch. Great food try their Garlic Chicken it is fantastic and excellent Poke Bowls are ono so please stop by you will not be disappointed. Trust and Believe you will come out feeling full and happy.

Absolutely amazed by the flavor of the food was hot and fresh would recommend to stop by and check this place out. I love my Samoan people. My wife and 7 year old daughter really enjoyed the beef short rib Korean style I had ahi katsu yellow fin and my 3 year old had Mama’s teriyaki. Service was excellent waitress was on point did not wait long for anything we asked for not to mention I picked up a nice Ofutau six eleven hoodie. 😎 Fa’afetai lava Kelly Family
