Great customer service, nice crowd, wasn't packed (Wed evening), good specials, fun for the whole family, walk in birthday party 🎉 was still fun, next year will try the reservation for sure for the whole experience, modern cool games, interactive floor, photos included in game card, plenty of space! Birthday boy and family Loved it!

Edit: mine was a walk in play for my 3 year old. With him being born just before the pandemic, he's never had a chance to play in such an environment. For him, this was not a good fit for play, he doesn't get screen time, so he doesn't know how to play video games. I was looking for soft play areas for toddlers, though again, the pandemic made changes to everything. He did have fun, just not as much as I thought he would have. Will definitely try again next year when he turns 4.

New check in procedure, with selfie from your phone. There were some new rides for the little ones, but many games were closed due to COVID. Update Jan 2021: Check in is back with the stamp. Masks are required to come in. This location seems to be fully remodeled with new games, setting, bathrooms, and prizes! The food has also improved! They also give a golden ticket for the kids, where they win a small prize! If you download the app, you get e-tickets too! We will definitely come back sooner than later!

First time going in at least 10 years. It's changed a lot but, for the better. This location is small but, it was well kept and the staff was friendly even during a busy busy Saturday night. Pizza was pretty good... Better than expected. Don't waste your money on the cheese bread though. All in all very happy with the time we spent there

They really stepped their game up. They changed the creepy borderline addict rat to a friendly character. The pizza is actually really good, much better than the cardboard they used to serve. They have beer. This location was recently renovate and really clean. All the games worked and the kids had a blast. The price went up but it was a fun way to kill a few hours.

The place is great, just can't give it 5 stars because I was concerned about the lack of people to work at the front door. Felt insecure because the best advertisement for Chuck E. Cheese is the safety that your kid won't be able to go out without you but for several minutes it doesn't have anyone at the entrance to check if someone was leaving with a child. Other than that, the place is great.

This Chuck E. Cheese used to be our favorite spot. We have always picked this spot over Escondido, Vista (when it was open) and Murrieta. Not sure if we hit a bad time, but today was worse than a one star. The Chuck E. Cheese worker that did the dance didn’t even dance with the kids. Seemed less than interested in his or her job. Did not interact with the kids and walked off during the dance show. It was sad to see all the littles disappointed. They’re short on staff. We were in the middle of our kids picking out prizes and the girl that was “helping us” just walked away when my kids were speaking to her. She left to the back. Didn’t even say she would be right back. This was during mid conversation with her. She slammed the prizes down. Her attitude was POOR! This is a childrens place and everyone there looked LESS than thrilled to be working there, let alone have a decent attitude towards the customers. Supposedly this girl that left in the middle of helping us, was “training.” I will never come to this location again and would chose the less favorable locations over this one. The only good thing was the gentleman that rang us up for food was the nicest there. They did have more games, a few more rides.. the new floor tv that was at the vista location. One more thing. NO ONE was checking people/kids leaving. (4/18/2022 from 6-8pm)

Always a great place for the kids to burn off energy. We recently celebrated my youngest 2nd birthday (and despite the price always being on the steep side), we had a great time. They changed the regular token cards from one set amount (such as 120 tokens), and now offer of a length of time instead (such as unlimited play for 90 minutes, with option to pause time twice). This option is great if you have little ones that like to buy games for everyone else. Otherwise, the lunch bar was decent, and remain stocked the whole time, the game room was clean, and only one game was not functioning properly from what I could tell. Good times.
