Domino's Pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would bro. They didn’t cut my pizza. It’s overdone. The wings literally just has splattered BBQ Sauce on them like they have this policy where if they don’t arrive at your car in 2min that your next pizza is free and I honestly could care less but they actually stopped it at 30 seconds saying it was completed and it took them over 2min like bro I really wasn’t even gonna care. But they forgot my sauces that I paid for and the quality. I don’t want the free pizza bro. I just feel mad disrespected for this lol. Like you can be late and I won’t care. But don’t be shady about it. I just want my pizza not taste like cardboard and cold wings like bro look at this

I placed an order today and after 15 minutes the tracker says my order is ready for pickup.I arrived at 11:50 am the sign says open the door was locked nobody inside,I knocked, called nobody answer so I left! After 2 hrs they call my phone. This a very bad experience for me. I'm not sure if I want to come back here.

If I could give no stars, I would. I put in an order around 9:50 pm… The order tracker started like normal and it said the manager Tyler started prepping my order at 9:52pm. It is now 11:50pm and the tracker still says he is prepping it. I went by the restaurant and there were workers in the back but the door was locked. (The store closes at midnight) and I was there at 10:40pm. I stayed and knocked and I called and no one bothered to do their jobs. Now, I am out the money and I never got the food. I need a refund but no one will answer their phones. NEVER shopping here again.

I ordered food from the Vista Domino’s here in California and my order was canceled without a reason I called them immediately, put on hold and then hung up on! I called three more times there after and was hung up on. Finally fourth time l called Finally someone friend hang up. I was told my order was canceled without giving a reason I asked if I could re-order if she can re-put my food in she said no that dominoes is closed at 7 PM on a Sunday and they don’t close until 10 terrible customer service my boyfriend only likes dominoes so it’s a shame they need new management.period! One star given to place review. And I never give reviews

Don't know if they got the memo yet or not that they can reopen now. I came for a carryout only to be told that they are still not letting people inside. The guy refused to even take my order even though he was face to face with me and he told me very rudely that I needed to call if I wanted to order a pizza. So I call and he takes forever to pick up then once he does pick up the phone he acts like he doesn't know he is talking to me even though he's looking right at me thru the window. This is very bad customer service all the way around. You guys are supposed to be reopen to the public already don't know if it's the employees who are keeping the doors locked because they like not dealing with people or if it's corporate. However it may be I still received terrible customer service and did not at all appreciate how I was treated.
