Look, I don’t write bad reviews but let me tell you this was disappointing. ONCE A MONTH I treat myself to a cheat meal. This was supposed to be my cheat meal. A nacho bell grande, no meat. I requested extra beans like FIVE TIMES!! Guy is like “no tomatoes”? Me: “no sir. I want no meat extra beans. Please keep everything else” . So anyway I go to eat my food. No tomatoes, no sour cream and a TINY scoop of beans and a little cheese. Why did I just pay $6 for something I could have just made at home? Seriously I am never coming back here. This made me so mad. My ONE freaking cheat meal out the window. Thanks Taco Bell 😑

Most unprofessional Taco Bell!! I wanted to have a simple breakfast to enjoy my Sunday morning. So I chose Taco Bell because it's one of my favorite breakfasts in fast-food!! I went to Oceanside, San Diego, located Town Center North!! When I came in restaurants, Nobody greeted me, and I stood in the register for about five minutes before anyone could assist. I had to desperately get the employee's attention. A particular employee named “Oscar” gave me a very hard time!! He slammed my drink on the counter!! When I asked for the management the staff was cold and did not want to assist!! Finally, a manager assisted he was very kind and professional and even assisted me with a discount for the breakfast for convenience. But I'm still bothered that this particular in Taco Bell is polluted with unprofessional staff!! That Oscar guy blue my Sunday morning and my breakfast at taco bell!! I feel he must be seriously terminated for treating customers this way!! He is not a fit for the company establishment!! And most of the staff needs to be properly trained to be more professional have a friendly atmosphere!! Not to make people feel degraded for ordering a meal

I usually avoid the atrociously long wait at the drive thru here and this time we were able to get our food relatively quick. Put the order in via the kiosk (to help with customizing and accuracy) and found out that they were out of soda. The employees had to go out and get 2-liter bottles of soda during our time there but we got water instead of waiting. Food was accurate, and not bad. This location always has something unusual though, we prefer the Fallbrook one

I drove over to this Taco Bell Restaurant on Friday on February 5, 2021 in the afternoon and only the drive to was open. So I ahead to place my order with Margaret she was really nice when Margaret told me to order from the menu board then let her know what Mexican food I want and she said she will be happy to write down my order. I told Margaret I am ready to place my order en the speaker with Margaret yesterday. I ordered 4 Crunchy Supreme Tacos, one order of their new Taco Bell Fries with the Cheese Dip and I received 6 packets of the mild Taco Sauce. My total bill was $11.27. Then I drove up to the pick up window and Jeannette was my cashier. I paid Jeannette in Cash and gave Jeannette a $20.00 bill. Then Jeannette gave me my change and my receipt. Then I drove to my home. Everything I ate like the Crunchy Supreme Tacos and the Nacho fries was delicious!

The Mexican pizza is back on the menu, but this location ran out early. Of course everyone was in line to get the pizza, waiting in line at the drive-up & then find there is none available. So then you have to regroup & figure out what to get in place of the pizzas. I placed my order, order back correctly paid my $65.72 & I asked the window employee if there were 21 items in the bag, After receiving an affirmative answer & glancing inside 2 large bags I couldn’t go through each item to determine what they were as a portion of the food was for another family & I wasn’t going to peak inside each wrapper. Once home, we pulled out the items & found that a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito was missing. Ah!! I had to leave my family & my food to return to get the item that was left off. That item was the only thing my daughter-in-law had ordered. Poor coordination & a great lack in attention to detail is not acceptable in any business. Training is greatly needed.
