I never post reviews. However, this was the most unpleasant experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. First, my order was not ready when I arrived. Waited 15-20m. Ask for a sweet tea, staff didn’t know what sweet tea was. Lastly, I got home with only 1/2 my order. When I went back for pu and asked for a refund, staff didn’t know how to issue a refund. Then a young girl came upfront and ordered me to leave the restaurant….made no attempt to understand my complaint, showed no respect. Offered no comp for inconvenience. I will never do business at this location again and hope others will reconsider too.

Worst Location, Period! The Pizza Shoppe off Parker is by far the worst!!! I spent $30 for 2 burnt pizzas. I call to get them replaced and they acted as if it was my problem only. They replaced them finally, then aske when i got there where were the old pizzas..... Olathe City Dump! Then my replacement pizzas were jumbled around as if someone threw box. I will NEVER spend another dollar there nor recommend them. I will go out of my way to go to another Location to avoid that P.S.

I’ve been going to this pizza shoppe for over 20 years but there’s no excuse for poor customer service. I called tonight to order a pizza for my 9 year old with special allergy needs. I ended up talking to the manager and instead of her explaining things and working through the request, she just started arguing with me and hung up. How could anyone in customer service just hang up? I view this as a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer, and my 9 year old daughter still wasn’t able to enjoy a pizza. Too bad because our family really enjoys their pizza.

First time I has ever been to a Pizza Shoppe. It had a dark interior. The menu was good. Lots to try. I liked the price on their lunch special. Was not impressed with the flavors of the two pizzas I tried. The crust was also unimpressive The highlight was the side salad. Came with 2 pepperonis and lots of cheese. Pink stuff is good!

We've eaten here a few times but I have to say It's just not my favorite pizza place. The dining room Is dimly lit which makes it very hard to read the menu. I love the pink dressing (which I can just purchase at Price Chopper) but wish the salad had more vegetables besides just lettuce. Not really crazy about the thin crust, but the meatballs and garlic bread were good. Service was very good.

What is wrong with this location?? I’ve always order from this location for the past 20+ yrs and OMG this location is unbelievable!! Called in an order and was told 20mins. Husband went to pick it up and they said they don’t have it. They said I called another pizza location. When calling up to speak to manager, he said there was a mix up and they have my pizza. Husband goes back to pick it up and he asked what happened. The manager, Tyler said they gave it to the wrong customer and that other customer just brought it back. WTH!!! They tried to sell me a pizza that walked out the door and brought back!! My husband said he will not be taking that pizza. They said 20 minutes for a new one and they would not discount or even apologized for their error!! I’m so done with this location. Oh by they way, selling food after it leaves is health code violation in the state of Kansas and I will make sure to report this to the authorities!!
