Small Cakes

They were able to make me a small customized cake within three days of ordering. I did everything online and they were prompt and the order was correct. This was our first experience with them and the cake was really good. The outer frosting was pretty sweet but my kids were not complaining! Get the peanut butter cream cheese filling; you won’t regret it. A little spendy but for getting everything I asked for without the hassle for a mom that procrastinated it was worth it.

My birthday was today Valentines day as well. I came in around 2pm with my husband . We are both male and of african decent. Immediately the (I'm assuming) owner who wore a pink sweater kept rushing us to order when I told her and her assistant that I need to see what kind of cupcakes you offer. Which was occupied by customers. They would not stop staring at us clearly out of intimidation because we are black males in a cupcake shop In Olathe Kansas. The cashier was even shaking so bad while the Karen bred owner standing in the corner staring at us like she was preparing to call the police. The cupcake was great but we felt very unwanted. Very pathetic. All I wanted was a cupcake for my birthday.

Not sure what has happened to small cakes maybe they are under new ownership. Ordered cookies for graduation and when I went to pick them up the young person behind the counter said find your name on the wall and just grab your order and go. I did this and when I got to where I was going the cookies were burnt on the bottom and not able to be eaten. I call the store and they had to call the owner. I received a text that offered to replace them however I was now out of town and couldnt get back to the store. I call the store back and a very rude person said sir are you sure they just aren't golden brown!!! and went on to say they would have sold burnt cookies. I would have been in total agreement however they sold me burnt cookies. They refused to refund my money which is very sad because prices have increase and this was a gift. not sure how you stay in business with such terrible customer service. I will not be going back because Costco makes a better cookie. Good luck and if they mess up there over priced bake goods don't expect a refund of your hard earned money.

I ordered a cake and 2 dozen cupcakes, but on the day of pickup Bri informed me she was running an hour late. I accommodated that hour only to find out she has chosen to incorrectly fill my order. As a result of her ‘mistake’ Bri gave me $30 of a $244 bill back in compensation for at least $54 being incorrect. I suspect that she just made one big batch of the cake to meet the deadline to fulfill my order on time and rather than being honest hoped I wouldn’t notice that she gave me half of the wrong flavor. Dishonesty is a big deal to me and I think it’s only fair to post my honest review. I don’t recommend using this shop.
