Mcdonald's

Having not been in a McDonald's, for years, I was surprised at just one register for orders and another register for online orders and pickup. After being the only customer waiting in line for 10 minutes, someone came out to take my order. I ordered and paid, then waited 5 minutes for my order. I was able to see in the kitchen. Most kitchen employees had masks on. I did see a female manager with a mask around her neck. Not on her face. She was older than most of the employees and was dressed in street clothes. My order was hot and fresh.

They have an AI interface at the drive through that could not handle my order, so I eventually got a human to fix the order. Then they forgot the hotcakes and I had to wait for them. Which means we did not get any syrup either... They did look a bit understaffed and were doing a good job at keeping the line moving, but accuracy of the orders appeared marginal given that four cars were waiting for something.

Just ordered breakfast two sausage egg McMuffin’s. They give me just the sausage and a muffin. So I go inside to get it corrected and they had such disdain and anger towards me that I dare wanted my egg on each of the sandwiches. Never go inside when you’re getting your order corrected always go back through the drive-through then they won’t have time to argue with you about it.
