Domino's Pizza

The manager Gerry really cares about every customer and order that comes through. The pizza's and sandwiches are great. The carryout time is always spot on and ready. The delivery time is usually just fine. I've had them email me a coupon for a free pizza for a delivery that was only a short time later than expected. Great location!!

We ordered some food for dinner and the delivery came in good time. The only problem was that almost half the order was missing, so some of us didn’t get to eat, because we were on hold, trying to call the store for around 20 minutes. We are still on hold with the repeating recording (did you know that they’re hiring drivers for full-time and part-time positions and you can get paid to listen to the radio) and I fear we may be on hold for the rest of our lives, which might not be too long, if we die of starvation. This sort of mistake would’ve been forgivable if someone from the store had taken the time to notice that part of the order was missing. I understand that mistakes get made when rushing. It could be an easy fix if someone answered the phone. But alas, I am hangry and will not recommend this location and/or restaurant and will suggest trying Marco’s or Papa John’s, even though Papa John’s tastes terrible. They at least bring you food.

We ordered a pizza at 8:30PM, for over an hour the app said it was being “ quality checked.” Estimated delivery time was 9:30-9:45, the pizza didn’t show up until after 10:20PM. I called multiple times and it went to prerecorded messages for over 5 mins. When the pizza arrived it was soggy and cold. We shouldn’t have to pay for a pizza that’s over 90 mins old and 40 mins late. Do yourself a favor and do not order pizza from here.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a pizza on Thursday for delivery and it never showed! I kept checking on the “dominos tracker” and saw that it “had been delivered” which was a complete LIE. I called the store and the lady I spoke with said, “oh we only have one delivery driver and he probably just put delivered to stay on time but he’s on the way.” Complete sketch. It never showed and I can’t get a hold of the store ever since. I filed a complaint online that evening and filled out a survey as well. No one has gotten back to me. I need a refund ASAP!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience in March of 22. Had the Dominos down the street make me wait 2 hours and cancelled my order and closed early and couldn't care less. It was my Moms bday so was a terrible experience. I went to this Olathe Dominos and the Manager Ryan found time to fit my order in last minute. His understanding was great customer service that matters. Great pizza and desserts as well. Will be going back! Thanks! -MarySpielbusch
