Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza is getting gross. It's soggy and the last three times I order the epic stuffed crust works pizza it was doughy. Completely undercooked. Tonight the pizza crust was so thin and soggy, the toppings would all just come sliding off. Could hardly eat it. The crust was crispy on tip but complete dough when you started eating it. The Canadian bacon tasted somewhat rotten. I'm disappointed cause this papa John's used to be one of the best, not its going down hill. Papa John's when did you start thinning your crust down? You have the option for extra cheese when the pizza crust can't even hold the regular cheese with toppings on? I don't know what Is going on but you need to fix it. The staff is awesome and nice but please make the pizza the way you used to.

Very disappointed, not in the taste or quality of the pizza I received but the fact that I was a new customer specifically there for the new “Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Crust”pizza that only Papa John’s has only to receive a cheese stuffed crust with pepperoni on it. If Papa John’s is advertising something new and epic then the employees should be briefed and led to familiarity with the new menu item and how it correlates to the overall customer service experience.

I will NEVER be eating pizza again after this!! I take a bit of my pizza and I look down at it. There was a couple of curly black hairs cooked into the pizza!! At fist I just thought oh its a cat hair and I got to take it off and it was stuck in the cheese of the pizza. I had to grab my daughter's pizza from her hands then run to the bathroom and threw up it was so gross. We will NEVER eat pizza again!!

As an HSL I'm a little biased, but being straightforward and honest, I thoroughly enjoy the work, food, and staff. Things are done correctly, and always within Health Code regulations. This is definitely a place that I recommend working at and ordering from. We're currently offering $50 for employee referrals as well! Tl;dr - took a long time and seemed like staff didn't follow sanitary practice, but they responded to my complaint and say they've made things better. I really don't expect much from fast food, and probably even lower standards for a pizza chain like Papa John's, but they do have good pizza. I visited this location for the first time yesterday. I arrived at the store after the app said my pizza was ready. Long story short, I waited another 10 minutes after checking in and was then given a wrong pizza. I discovered the order I was wrong after getting to my car, opening the pizza box, and looking inside. When I took it back inside, the staff actually took the wrong pizza back from me and handed me another, correct pizza that was already out of the oven. The put the pizza I had brought back inside on the warming rack with all the other pizzas waiting to be picked up. It looked like they had every intention of giving my incorrect pizza to someone else after I had carried it out to my car and then back in to the store. The pizzas we ended up with still tasted great and were the correct ones in the end. Update: I did end up submitting feedback to Papa John's online and received the following communication: "This is Matt with Papa John’s. I wanted to reach out and apologize for your recent experience with us. That is not the level of customer service we strive to deliver. Your feedback has been used to improve our operations. Thank you for taking the time to let me know. I spoke with the manager on duty at that time and made sure that we never use pizzas that have left the store. The manager also informed me that after some thought he discarded your incorrect pizza. Please let me know if you need anything."

I would give 0 stars if I could. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Our office ordered Pizza from here online. The order form asked only for an address, email, and payment mode. Which I entered in correctly. It then auto populated the phone number of my ex-husband to them and changed the address to a completely different one. When the tracker said it was delivered and it was no where to be found I called the store. They claimed they tried calling me and I told them that number was not my number and I didn't even know how they got it. I also told them the address they had was incorrect and told them the correct address. Again they wrote it down incorrectly. I called the store again after 45 more minutes and the assistant manager got on the phone and told me the entire incident was my fault that I gave the wrong phone number and address. I corrected him and told him the phone number he had was my ex-husbands which I divorced 8 years ago and when he read me the address I told him he still had it wrong. He refused to let me have any of the money back and when I asked for the order to be remade I was told that they have heaters so the pizza would be hot. It wasn't. I asked to speak to the store manager in which the assistant manager told me "you can call him later he will be here but I am the nice one." He proceeded to call me names before I told him I would just cancel the payment and hung up. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I have spent my life doing customer service and I would never treat a customer in the way this man treated me.
