Mcdonald's

It was dirty at 5am when they first opened the doors. I was appalled by how dirty the place was. Like trash & food all over the tables, the soda machine hadnt been cleaned at all & was disgusting. I couldn't even eat the food I bought cause if the lobby looked that nasty then I could imagine what the kitchen looked like. So i was very very very grossed out.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The lack of friendliness is astonishing. Not only that, but I was rudely asked to place my order and then mid order rudely told to stop. I didn’t not hear from the individual for several moments but I could hear him through the order box talking to a coworker about stuff outside of work. I understand I’m at McDonald’s and not a five star restaurant but seriously! Finally got to my order out and then pulled around and it was a hassle for me to use my card/Apple Pay. Finally getting to the next window there was no communication. Just a blank stare. Finally got my food and asked for sauce that was already stated and that was an issue. Finally got home (4 minutes from this location) and discovered that my food was cold and overcooked. Tried reaching out to the location and got no response.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals, only ketchup, extra fries and sprite along with one order of chocolate chip cookies. The lady at the drive thru asked me multiple times to repeat what I thought was a simple order but she kept deleting what was on screen about 3-4 times. I received one correct meal, because I checked and the other meal, because they made me wait two minutes longer for it, assumed it was fresh and correct so drove away without checking, but it wasn't. It was far from fresh, partially hard buns, had old, dried out bacon, mustard and pickle. I was rather confused. When they handed me the first kids meal, they gave me 2 large sprites. I tried to refuse them but the young lady at the drive thru said it must've been a mistake. Sometimes it isn't with the trouble to complain regardless of the amount spent. We drove quite the distance for a small event and opted to eat here of all the options in the area, just to stop elsewhere to replace the burger that was not up to par.

Sometimes the window staff mixes up our order like giving us Dr. Pepper when we ordered diet Dr.Pepper. Only one or two window workers know what apple juice looks like so I quit ordering my tea at all because I always tell them I want watered down tea water it down till it looks like apple juice. It seldom looks like apple juice. I prefer to come in and make it myself but my ride; as I no longer drive, always wants to use the drive through.
