Wendy's

This place definitely needs updated. We waited for a fresh Spicey chicken. They must of put our food together before they cooked it because it was not hot. I guess frosty-chinos are only sold during breakfast (?). That’s what I was told even though it doesn’t say that. Probably will not be back to this one. Wendy’s has gone downhill.

I am truck driver from different state. me and another man walking in to order food on wend’s on 1560 Olathe ks. They took the other guy order, older white male, but refused to take my order. I ask why? Boss lady told me they are close and told me to leave. I asked again how she can take one person order but refuse mine. She said she doesn’t have a time to answer my question so she ask me again to leave. I ask her name for reference, but she refuse to give me her name and call cops on me. The cops came to question me. Mr Catherine Badge #992 and mr. Miler #849 from Olathe PD. I have being detained in freezing weather for almost 30 minutes. Mr. Milner threatened me with transposing. It’s unfortunate how unprofessional the boss lady acted today.

Stopped by to pick something up for husband and I must say there was a man manager there who had a team member throwing a fit about making fries and the way he talked to his manager was shameful but that manger stayed cool and calm never yelled or raised his voice while the employee kept acting like a 2 year old tantrum. PROPS TO YOU SIR I WOULD WORK 4 YOU....
