Consistently one of the best tables in Omaha. A tight menu full of delicious French recipes. You cannot make a poor choice. The execution of each dish is amazing, and the little touches of flavor from the butter, to the seasoning is next level. One of the best wine lists in the area. Pictured is the Boullibase, a lovely blend of shellfish, filets, broth, and oh....that bread. So good. Have been coming here for over 10 years and it has always been a delight.

Best French food in Omaha, really the best food overall in Omaha. I struggle going anywhere else because it always falls a little short of the excellent food, service and value I can get here. You can go for a big meal or sometimes my son and I drop in and sit at the bar and eat French onion soup. We really go here quite a bit. The staff and service are always amazing and the head Chef Wilson is one of the hardest working people I have ever met, but you can just tell he love to feed people and bring them together. I recommend for a celebration, but we have also made this our “go to” and love their Friday lunch (the Steak Salad is the best in town) and they brunch (if you’ve never had duck and waffles, you are missing out)! Also, the escargot with cheese is great here and as good and even better than I had when we went to Paris last year. My son’s favorite food is French Onion Soup and like I said we like to go for a bowl on a cold night sometimes.

Food is always fantastic. French onion is normally very good. Tonight the cheese was minimal, normally has much more on it. The food was SUPER SLOW tonight. For 2 it took us 2h to order drinks, appetizer, soup, and dinner and get it delivered. The slow part was the delivery after each course. Good portions and good food though.

What sets Le Voltaire apart from every other restaurant in town isn't its food, desserts, or wine (though all are beyond delicious)—it's the incredible staff. The quality of service you'll get here is second to none, especially from Ryan! Ryan is the most warm, engaging, and attentive server I've ever had; and he has a rare gift of making you instantly feel like family (he never fails to show me pictures of his adorable kitten, Pumpkin)! Best staff around.

If I could give six stars, I would, each part of the evening was amazing. The atmosphere is quaint and relaxed, with a high end, service and food and drink selection. My wife ordered the duck and sausage, while I took the braised lamb. The duck was beautifully soft with the perfect amount of flavor. The braised lamb was fall off the bone delicious with the ideal ratio of meat and fat. Did I mention the lamb sauce was incredible and the vegetables texted so fresh! The chef also provided a free foie gras, very rich and flavorful. Finally, maybe saving the best for last, our server, Shawn on top of his attentive and knowledgeabl service, shared his homemade lemon cello as a finishing touch to complete our meal, sweet, sour, and the right amount of bite in it. All in all obviously I highly recommend this restaurant, make sure you call to reserve in advance, I highly sought after treasure, like this needs to be reserved.

My parents treated me to my birthday here and we couldn't have had a better experience. From the welcome to departure, everything was inviting and well done. We had such a great time that we decided to take my Mom for her birthday the next month and my dad for his over the summer. Each meal we had was perfectly executed. The charcuterie is excellently crafted, the bourguignon is outstanding, the lamb shank is succulent. Simply stated, everything is over the top delicious. Additionally, the wine list is quite extensive. The service is great too. Please do yourself a favour and dine here over and over and over again! You will not regret it.

We came here to celebrate our 11th year anniversary. Our waitress was amazing and did an excellent job in recommended the perfect champagne for the evening (unfortunately I do not remember what it was called). We were not only served by her, but by the entire staff. They were warm, welcoming, and very considerate. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, if it was a bit more intimate it would be PERFECT. The food was absolutely amazing. I personally did not care too much for the Bri Josette, but it was still really good, just my personal preference, a lot of people order it, it is popular so don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. My husband had the con de canard I ordered the Coq Au Vin and the house salad with bleu cheese and almonds, the dressing was amazing. Absolutely phenomenal, we will definitely be back.
