Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I fell in love with Firebirds back in 2015, they never cease to amaze me. Staff is always so friendly, food is always done to perfection.. and the bread is probably my favorite part. Steak was absolutely phenomenal... aged and marbled all the way through the cut. My daughter even got a sirloin steak and she was extremely impressed with it. She's 8, but knows good beef!

Really good food! We eat out a lot and I'm not often impressed with a new- to-me restaurant, but I was with this place. We had the Philly cheese steak egg roll appetizer and it was yummy. We both had filets and we like them medium well which doesn't usually come out right but these were perfectly cooked. The baked potatoes were fluffy and rolled in salt just the way I like them. We took home some cheesecake for later and it was on par with the other dishes. We made reservations and were seated immediately. The service was prompt and friendly. Priced in alignment with other nicer restaurants. I recommend for a special night out.

We were celebrating and treated ourselves to Firebirds as it is one of our favorite restaurants! They never disappoint! We enjoyed prime rib and a baked potato followed by creme brulee cheesecake for dessert. Everything about the meal was amazing. The presentation, the flavors, and our server! What a great way to celebrate our evening. 😊😋

It was really hard to do a five. Service was excellent, atmosphere was great. Tables a bit close in some parts and adequate ambience, so good but not special. Food is where I got a 4 from mainly, and I have a detailed breakdown. Had the Smoked Buffalo Wings and the NY Strip, based on lots of review mentions. Heres my details: Bread: Very basic. Not bad, but nothing special. Couls have used anything to stand out. Extra fluffy, seasoning, sweet butter...but in the end, it was just there. At least it wasn't rock hard. Smoked Buffalo Wings: interesting flavor. Had a sort of bacon essence to them. I'll be honest, not my thing, but I'm sure someone out there would go crazy over these. The buffalo sauce was on the tangy side and well saturated. Nicely done Steak: the grill flavor is great. Just like home grilling. Juicy too. Didn't have much seasoning though, so no memorable flavor. A bit under expectation, but not bad at all. Baked Potato: Loaded and average. A bit light on butter and toppings, but the salted skin is always a nice touch. Again, good, just nothing that stood out. Last note, the service was great. Very helpful and prompt. Just expected more for $60 from the food. Would try them again. Maybe get a different cut of meat.
