Lazlo's Brewery & Grill

The atmosphere was very nice but also casual enough for us to feel comfortable with our family. The food was all amazing. I got the shoulda, woulda, Gouda burger and it was perfectly cooked. My husband got the French dip and says it is the top two french dips he's ever had. The meat was very good quality. Our waitress helped suggest a flight of beers for him and he loved them! The vanilla porter and peanut butter porter were my favorite of the four! There is a peach cocktail on their menu that I asked them to add rum to and it was an amazing drink. Our waitress was attentive but not annoyingly so. The fact that it was across the street from our hotel was just an added bonus.

Update: Sad, they have tweaked their wine menu and a mediocre glass of red wine is now over $20!!! Inappropriate and not appreciated. Previous: Reliably clean and consistently delicious, Lazlo’s has an atmosphere of service and quality. The staff are always professional and polite, the meals are a step up from similar type restaurants. Also, I personally think their baby back ribs and house bbq sauce are absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend.

Lazlo’s is your standard American fare. Solid food options, great service, and comfortable dining experience. On this outing, almost all of our selections were fully satisfactory except for the salmon avocado salad. My one critique is how skimpy the salmon fillet was for the entree price. A wedge of bread would have helped round out the meal but the server said Lazlo’s removed their bread option awhile ago. So while my dining companions had a robust and filling lunch, I was left feeling a bit lackluster about the salad portion size. My one area of improvement is to serve a larger salmon fillet. That aside, the freshness was on point and the dressing is perfectly paired.

Went for my father's birthday, and it was amazing. The Prime Rib Enchiladas are the best in town, and if you ever are in this area of town, it is so worth the stop. My dad said the fish was wonderful, and the only comment he had was that the baked potatoe needed more sour cream. The chicken fried chicken was pretty good, with the exception that it came out with the gravy on it (asked for it on the side). As soon as our server noticed that she asked to get us a new one but I was hungry and would just take some extra insulin to offset it. As always, the food and service were so worth the trip.
