Pepperjax Grill

I really enjoy a cheesesteak sandwich every now and then. I love that I can choose what and how much veggies to include on my sandwich. I also appreciate that I am able to purchase the junior sandwich as the regular size is just too much for me , so I am not wasteful. I miss the oreo cookies and the new cookies are inedible, plus this Pepperjax staff did not offer to include them with my meal to allow me to give my opinion. Clean restaurant and quick service. Pepperjax as a whole has gotten rid of their delicious spicy sauce so I don’t eat their as often as I used to. Center Street Pepperjax has the best service, friendliest, most competent staff and is actually my preferred Pepperjax location.

This Peperjax deserves an A+ with their customet service! I had a pretty horrible experience at the location in Sapp Brothers on 144th. Needless to say, they were more than willing to correct my order no problems asked along with exceptionally professional service and understanding of the situation. I give this place a 5 star review and their food! AMAZING!! THANKS Peperjax!!

Good food. Had to work a little to get information on how to order. I tried to ask a couple of times to clarify. Other than that as soon as I ordered 2 other people came out to fry up the meat and get fries frying. That was great. The only thing I would improve is the customer service skills. Remind the staff to interact with the customers. Theyl can talk to us and not to each other. I don't care to overhear about the employee Jim Bob and what he said or did from someone behind the counter that is working on my food. But seriously, more customer service interaction, please.

Not too bad. I would say overall the facility is GF friendly. They use a separate heating device to warm the wheat buns for everyone else and as far as I can tell wheat is not done on the grill that they use to heat the meats and veggies on. My only observation is that at one time during me being in line and waiting for everything to be done the cook used the large spatula they use on the big grill for the main course to help the bun get down the bun warmer discharge chute. I didn't get a reaction or stomach pains from the meal.
