Red Lobster

Ordered online for a client. 2 orders of coconut shrimp & 6 cheddar bay biscuits. Used restroom upon arrival. It was clean. Excellent 👍 No staff around. Located a sign for pick up orders. A staff member was heading to the kitchen where pick up is located so I told him I had an order and gave him my name. Someone came out with my order. I went to head out but checked for utensils and napkins. Only gave one set of utensils for 2 shrimp orders, The staff was pleasant & helpful. That was great. Kind, nice & helpful employees are hard to find these days & Red Lobster had 2 of them.

Micha was amazing the food was amazing all except fish and chips watermelon martini was amazing curious why there was so many managers standing around and starring at us we spent 220 while there a Lil pricey felt a Lil uncomfortable with the money we spent should have never left feeling that way especially when we were there w my so s great grandmother and grandmother for the 1st time anywhere since my father passed away...11-18-2023 Byron was amazing the only thing wrong was my son's holiday feast didn't have the lobster and then we was questioned about it b4 we were able 2 get it replaced we have no reason 2 lie we don't move that way we have money 2 pay and to tip

As someone who grew up in New England, which offers some of the finest seafood in the world, I am a self-admitted seafood snob. I have never been a fan of Red Lobster. In the few times that I have eaten there in the past, I was wholly unimpressed with the food, and underwhelmed by the service. HOWEVER, my opinion has changed completely after my latest visit. The only reason I gave Red Lobster another chance was because my girlfriend and I decided to try the endless shrimp special. What we experienced was the polar opposite of my prior visits. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and customer service were nothing like any other time. We were immediately immersed within a warm pleasant ambience. Our host, Sim, was warm and welcoming. We were seated immediately. He explained the updated version of the endless shrimp special and offered multiple seating options. He turned us over to our waitress, Micah, who went through the menu and drink specials, explained other menu options, and provided ample time to peruse the menu, yet not making us wait for an inordinate amount of time. Throughout our stay Micah was very attentive without being bothersome. We were allowed to relax and enjoy our meal. As for the meal itself, it was wonderful. Each of the different shrimp options was obviously freshly prepared. All of them were simply delicious, and were served in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Red Lobster location, and hope that other locations provide the same type of experience. Mark Purcell

I took my mother to Red lobster for her birthday. We had an amazing waiter named Lord David. He did explain that they were shorthanded that day but he did a great job with all of the tables he had. The food came out warm and tasty. There were a few items on the menu that they did run out of which was disappointing. The all-you-can-eat shrimp was PERFECT.

Food was great, as always. We enjoy endless shrimp! But this is a shout out to Micah, our server tonight. Micah never stopped moving. She had several tables and was attentive to all of us, going above and beyond our expectations for a busy evening. She was friendly, quick and accurate. When we complimented her to her manager, we were told she helps train new staff and it is obvious why. Next time we stop for dinner, we’ll ask for Micah’s section!
