We went here as a family today to celebrate Christmas together. We had a great time, and our service was amazing. The only reason this went down to 4 stars was because the Men's restroom sinks were leaking water onto the floor anytime anyone used the ones that worked, and the photobooth looked like it would work for a group of people but in reality the camera was off center and zoomed in so after trying twice to get 5 of us in it we gave it.. still recorded a memory, just not the way we had hoped when stepping into the booth. Otherwise, it was a great time our server was amazing, and the games were fun and memorable. Thank you

First time being here, and it was pretty decent. We brought our family to play in the arcade (We had just gone out to eat across the street beforehand so we didn't eat or drink anything). Other than the extremely loud games, it was lots of fun. They had a special going, the night (Wednesday) we were there, so the games were half the normal credits. So. much. fun! We paid less than $30 and got about an hour and a half of enjoyment with our family of 6 (each person taking their own turns on 1 card). Not bad at all. We figured it was less than $5 a person. Some of the games were malfunctioning because some earlier players had messed them up. When I brought it to the attention of the game attendant Jose, he contacted Jake (or Jacob?), and he made it right and did it with a smile. Fabulous Customer Service! We had just left Chuck E Cheeses earlier in the evening with less than stellar feelings because of employee's lack of attention to game function. We felt that Jake/Jacob, Jose, and the other employees at D & B's appreciated that we were choosing to spend time in their establishment. That gave us a great first impression, and we are very likely to return again in the future.

It was my son's birthday and I was having a bad day. It was topped off with confusion on cards and charges. I was frustrated and the manager Josh came through and really made things right. Not only that he went above and beyond and gave my son some game play and VR game experience for my son and his 2 friends. I am humbly grateful to your management and team that really tried to make our day better. 10 out of 10 thank you so much!

A lot of the games were out of order, which was disappointing. The food wasn't hot, more like room temp at best. Our waitress was very friendly but didn't come back to check on us after dropping off our food. We had to go find someone in order to get our bill. Then we had to get our bill fixed as there was food on it that we didn't order or get. Also, our drinks were supposed to be happy hour priced, and they showed on the bill as full price. Luckily, the gentlemen we spoke with was very nice and got that all corrected! We very much enjoy Dave and Busters and understand that sometimes it's just an off night. Our experience on this night won't prevent us from going back!

The food was so good, the fries were nice and hot, same as the Voodoo Pasta, it was really delicious. The service was great, the employees were extremely courteous. The atmosphere was the best part about it, the loud games, the dark room, but brightened by the games, it was everything that an arcade SHOULD be. TL;DR Amazing experience, amazing food, best atmosphere of an arcade I've seen.

Staff always so friendly. Feels like they have gotten better at cleanup. A few too many games ate my credits but the employees are so overworked I don't dare ask for credit back. Yet they still smile so 5 stars for a fun night from me. We only do 1/2 price day otherwise wouldn't be able to play much because it's overpriced, and even food deals late night...just won't accept my survey coupon on those days so that kinda stinks since it means I'll never get to use them :(

Bathrooms were dirty. Food was good, and fresh. Service was mediocre. There were quite a few machines not working. I'd say at least 5, and I didn't look at all of them. We had an issue attempting to get a glass of water at the bar. The host sent us there, and both bartenders ignored us for close to ten minutes. Not even so much as a hello, and both stood directly in front of us more than once. People that showed up after us were acknowledged and helped before we were, so it had nothing to do with how busy they were. I had to ask another worker for help, who then flagged down a manager who apologized. Completely unacceptable, though. It was downright rude behavior from both bartenders, and for no good reason. We had done nothing to them.
