Could do better to explain the protocol for service for the customer who is unfamiliar with ordering. For example, I was not asked if I wanted anything in my coffee, and upon receiving my order, there was no cream or sugar available for the customer to help themselves, necessitating asking the employees to instill additional ingredients in my coffee, and disrupting their work flow

This is genuinely the most reliable Scooter's in the city. Every time I come through the drive thru, I can expect a pleasant interaction with the window person and a drink actually made correctly. I have yet to receive a messed up drink. If you like overpriced scrumptious coffee drinks, there's no better place than this location.

I literally giggle every time they tell me to “scoot around” they’re always the FRIENDLIEST scooters around , and I also own a beauty salon right over the bridge! Very convenient

This is the most favorable Scooters due to its reliability in its consistency. I can always count on my strawberry banana smoothie double blended with protein to taste the same...malty and delicious...hmm hmm good!!!
