Pizza Hut

Ordered delivery for contactless and the driver just stood on my stairs until I grabbed my food. The pizza itself was horribly made and tasted even worst! No sauce at all on either but they randomly gave me bbq sauce to I assume dip my sauce less pizza in. The deal on the box was also already opened most of the way so no clue why it was even put on! I will never order food from this place again! You all suck!!

Best value for the money in my opinion. Don't like that they charge more for pan pizza, but it tends to still be cheaper than most other places. Online ordering couldn't be simpler and they almost never mess it up. The rewards program has gotten me several pizzas over the past couple years, so that's worked out pretty good too. All in all, when my family wants pizza for dinner, our money usually goes farthest at Pizza Hut.

This is a pretty great Pizza Hut. I have only done carryout with phone and online orders but service is quick, orders are always accurate and staff are friendly. Edit 8/24/16. I order my pizza by phone and came to pick it up to find out they gave my pizza away to another customer. Instead of just making my another and letting it go they were very apologetic about it. The cashier apologized and so did the manager that evening. They made new pizza as quick as they could and took care of the issue professionally instead of making excuses. I bumped them to 5 stars because of how this situation was resolved.

As all ways Pizza Hut was Mm Good, wonderful delicious, I had it my way. Right on time I ordered picked it up and ready when I arrived, hot and beautiful and good to the last bite. The service was friendly as always. Swept up tables clean counters clean service friendly and warm. I recommend Pizza Hut on 90th Fort.

They're super awesome at understaffing this location. If you enjoy being placed on hold, you're in luck! They will place you on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time... maybe longer if you don't hang up. What a super great opportunity to listen to all the pizza specials. If you do finally get through... they do a spectacular job of taking your order! They can repete it back you, give you a total and delivery time and everything! But the buck stops there... don't expect to ever see your pizza... ever I don't blame this poor girl working... Pizza Hut needs to hire additional staff. Even though I'm incredibly annoyed with the service, I have to say the employee was very polite and professional. It's not her fault she's the only one working.

They gave me bone in wings instead of boneless, no big deal. But then they Had me hold 3 minutes before the would even take my call, then I hung up to call again, had to wait 3 more minutes after I expressed to the lady my order was wrong, then she picked the phone up and hung up. I waited 3 more minutes to have a different person answer the phone and say they would fix it without charging me. Hoped that would go without saying. Poor customer service poor service period.
