Pizza Hut

To be honest, I have had SEVERAL bad experiences with this location in the past. But my order from tonight was frankly amazing. I got the fastest delivery I've gotten from ANY Pizza Hut and the food was GREAT! Our order was made PERFECTLY right down to the special requests, and it tasted amazing. (I love the new garlic specialty recipe, btw) I just wanted to make sure that I express my appreciation for the great service as well as my admiration for the remarkable turnaround in the quality of both the food and the service that I experienced this evening. Please make sure that the team at the 60th and Ames location knows that they did a great job. Keep up the great work!

If I could give a 1/2 star or no star, I would. Ordered pizza last night online at 7:57pm, was supposed to be delivered by 8:46 pm. Called four time, was told it was on the way each time. Stayed up until 11:30pm and the pizza never arrived! Worst experience ever. Will not be ordering from this pizza hut again. The Customer Service sucked and quite frankly, didn't feel like I was important enough to them as a customer.
