Domino's Pizza

The two times I have placed my order with them for delivery they have delivered the wrong food both times and when bringing the right order they still forget the dipping sauces. Also my wait time for the pizza is ridiculously long both times for them to deliver the wrong pizzas. ( this dominos just sucks.) one time wrong food is okay I understand mistakes happen but twice in a row they just must be incompetent. Since calling and talking to Raquel before ordering online, my order was delivered in the time frame she gave and both pizzas were correct and the side of cheese bread came with the marinara that was ordered. Thank you for the better service.

Called tonight in the middle of football games! Had to wait maybe 3 mins on phone. Danny answered and took my order promptly! We wanted to combine 2 offers but unfortunately you can’t do that! So, instead of us making 2 orders he gave us a discount on our huge order!! When I say our pizza was fresh, I mean it was REALLY fresh!! Delicious and hot! Will definitely be using this dominos when I am in Omaha from here on out!! Thank you Danny for your amazing customer service!

Had an amazing experience at this Dominoes! Was traveling from Chicago to Omaha to see some relatives, on the way back from the Zoo, we including 6 children stopped at this Dominoes to dine in, Dan was super pleasant, extremely accommodating and very welcoming! Did not expect that AT ALL, frm past experiences at other Dominoes! But this time we had a great time!! BIG SHOUTOUT TO DAN! We appreciate you man! Big time! Would definitely recommend to others as well as visit again when I’m back in the area!
