Worst KFC! As many times as I call and complain you think they’d get it right ONCE! Always out of something or just putting whatever the heck they want in the bag. How does the same person make the same thing 2 different ways! One of them should have been a pot pie! But let’s just bag what we want instead! Not to mention the mechanics bill after going through that drive through!!! Monro must be making bank off KFC customers!

Was told to we had to wait for 8 minutes before chicken would be done, to please pull to the front of the restaurant, the server came out after 15, and said it would be another 10 minutes because the fryer didn't get up to temp. Which was perfectly fine, we appreciated the heads up..... 49 minutes later, we finally received out meal, and was only offered a few free cookies (3 to be exact).

If we could have done zero stars we would have. We got the 12 piece meal and the chicken was over cooked and the skin was really dark and couldn't even eat a wing. When I called the Oneida location I was told my the manager that the chicken was cooked correctly and not over cooked. They said that it was the way the oil was at that time and changed the oil since my order. All you can taste is oil. The manager didn't even offer anything for the mess up.

went to Oneida KFC cause line was shortest. The drive in speaker announced a recorded message saying they were closed. I double checked time perplexed why they were closed at 700pm. clerk came on and explained its broke. well I couldn't order as the lights were blown in drive in menu board I asked them about that they said ya thats broke too. so I just told them what I wanted as I couldn't see boards. I ordered the most popular drink Mt. Dew. Guess what, they didn't have it. lol. I picked a second choice. As I drove forward I hit a pot hole that jarred my whole vehicle. now I don't drive a little kia soul. I drive a full sized off road packaged truck. I hit multiple pot holes that bounced me around the cab. I wish I was exaggerating. I got to window to pay and told the employee holy potholes you need a new drive way lol. they agreed. I took my dinner and parked to eat it. I opened it to find a roll I didn't order and no coleslaw that I did order. in addition there was not one lousy napkin to be found anywhere. you can't eat KFC without at least 6 napkins. I just didn't feel up to going back to drive thru the one saving grace to the whole visit was the food was fresh and piping hot definitely a plus. but plz Mr. KFC owner invest some money back into you business. from bad signs to dangerous driveways to paint peeling on outside walls. wow it really needs a spruce up.

Becky was such a sweetheart and was waiting for me through the drive through to pick up my order. I called it in right before I left my house in Sylvan Beach but under estimated how much time I needed to get there. I came through 5 minutes after closing and she kept the drive through open for me. She even double bagged it for me which kept the food hot. This was probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you Becky!!
