Sonic Drive-in

I don't complain much about fast food because it is what it is but this is the worst Sonic I have ever been to! The order was totally wrong. My husband got the burger toaster and it didnt have the onion ring and his tea was supposed to be blackberry tea and did not get thr blackberry. We ordered a "small cup of ice cream" for my grandson and got a small milkshake!? My drink was mediun and was supposed to have been large with no cherries (in a cherry limeade), the onion ring bag had grease dripping out of the bag and my buffolo chicke. was mostly pieces of hard dried up breading. Big huge waste of $27 & a dissapointment after being on the road for 4 hours and thats what ya get! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place has gone extremely bad. I've been here multiple times to eat since they moved to the new building. Every single time me and my family have gone there it's always something different. One instance when we hit the button some rude girl answered and told us could we wait a min. No please can you hold or sorry we're busy please hold or nothing. Another time when I pushed the button I would have to wait 10 + minutes for anyone to answer and eventually I would drive to another restaurant this happened several times. The last time I went there were two girls with headsets on (workers) playing outside by the cars laughing and being super loud. They would go in and come back out chasing one another. At the same time, me and the car beside me have been waiting for about 5 mins or longer after pushing the button. This went on for another few mins until I pulled out and went into the drive-thru. I even had to wait in line after being told to please hold because they were outside playing around. By this time the woman that was waiting beside me gave up and left. When I finally got our food and drinks all the food was almost cold. I only get my kids a few hours on Wednesday and I definitely didn't want to spend that much time waiting on food. It's happened every single time I've gone after around 3 pm. This place used to be a great place to eat. I particularly love the onion rings, cheese sticks, and burgers. But I will not be going back to this restaurant in Oneida TN ever. I don't know if it's poor management or team leaders or what but something definitely has to be done. The building is nice but everything else sucks. If I could put negative numbers I would. One more thing if you read this review go ahead and read the other reviews about Oneida sonic before eating there. And if the main office of the franchise really cared about the reviews they wouldn't post the same thing on all the reviews. Actually do something about the store and employees.

The oneida sonic is the worst sonic I've ever been to!! Drive thru is supposes ro be quick, right?? That's what I thought anyways. I've been sitting here for almost an hour, there is a huge line behind me as well, they put me last on the list of all the people because I ordered meals so I had to pull up, now I'm gonna be waiting for another 30 minutes or so. This is ridiculous. They need to hire people that actually know what they are doing, not high school students that are slow as a sloth and have no clue what they are doing. I expect to be compensated for having to wait in a DRIVE THRU for almost 2 hours!!

Wait was so long, got the order wrong, food was missing, etc. When we finally got all of our food it was terrible and cold!Then while we was setting there they called over and asked “if they could take our order”. We informed them that we had already ordered and just got the rest of our food and missing drinks”. The lady then clicked off the mic or so she thought she did.. it was still on so you could hear everything they was talking about in there. Honestly, I should have just handed it all back and asked for a refund! I don’t think we will be eating there again!

Went through the drive thru and should of just pulled out upon seeing the hygiene skills of the girl at window and as if that wasn't enough paid 20$ to not get all of what I ordered and what I did make it home with was wrong and cold. Yes sonic I'd love to spend out more money in gas to come back out for you to just get it wrong again. It's your job to be able to read and get an order correct especially when your not busy so there really isn't an excuse good enough for the poor service

I went to Sonic last night. After I placed my order, I sat there for probably 20 minutes. They never did bring out my food. It wasn't even that busy. I was getting aggravated and would have just left, but I had already paid for my food with my debit card. I called back in to check on my order and the girl said, "I think she's bringing it out now". Well, I waited for another 5 minutes or so before the car hop brought my food. She apologized for the wait and said she was the only car hop working. She was nice, but you need more than one car hop. Hire more employees, people!
