Mcdonald's

i visited this location to order lunch in the drive thru which was not too busy while it was lunchtime. i used the mobile app and they took down the info needed. the fries i received were stale but it was too late because i had already driven away. the sandwiches were served warm and tasted great. i would suggest going to the front counter just in case they give cold fries.

Big Mac and fries and double double burgers cold There was a long line so we figured food would be warm so disappointing . will call to see if they can replace our order . We are senior citizens and can't go back and forth We really never get out so we were looking forward to a warm meal because Mc Donald's is supise to be nice hot fries and good warm and ready to eat 🍔 burgers.

Ok so we went to mcdonalds at about 6:40 pm, and we were ordering fries and ice cream and stuff for gathering. And at about 7:15, they locked the door when it said they were open till 12:00 in the morning. So we thought that they did it by mistake and we saw a customer waiting outside the restaurant, wanting to get in. Like I said, it said the restaurant was open till 12, so we let them in. And the workers were all mad and said they were closed. So we said ok, we didnt know that. Then 5 mins later they were like, ok were closed yall need to get out. In a rude way. Without telling us why they were closing so early, they just kicked us out. I personally think that it was because we let someone in, and we gave them extra work. They were so mad. Wont be coming back.

12/19/21 I was ordering breakfast 3 minutes before 11. While I was ordering, the person who claimed to be the manager (who was taking my order) kept telling me to wait because she kept being interrupted by someone inside the store. She then said, "we are selling you the last breakfast" when we were about done ordering, the lady said "sorry they are telling me I can't sell you breakfast" I asked to speak to a manager and said, "sorry I am the manager." Then the menu changed and said, "I can sell you lunch if you'd like." Why did she take my whole order and then did not sell it to me. As a manager you should know what time you can and can't take breakfast orders. I had ordered before 11am.
