I would give 0 but it only allows me 1 star. The pm guy never greats you and feel welcome. I would always buy a Red Bull or something for my kids and never greets. When he hands me my change it’s on the counter. I feel discriminated by him i went today he said it’s close and close the door on me.

Owner should definitely not manage the register, has no customer service skills at all. Would rather talk and play on his phone then attend customers.

Lady here at this 7 eleven is rude. When you buy a large cup of coffee they automatically wave off the fee for a free donut and I asked her if I can grab the donut and she said I should of told her while she was charging me. She answer me in a rude tone and I told her It was a question. I'm in no need to your rudeness like if I was taking donuts from her personal stash. It's free they need to honor it. This is the last time I'll show my face at this particular 7 eleven.

Scott is extremely rude I asked a question and he said “I don’t know” go back and look at the sign and I responded don’t you work here and he points at his name tag and says yes I work here but doesn’t mean I have to know all the signs he also told me that I don’t want to argue with him. I understand there is bad days but it’s not the first time this situation happens he’s in that store everyday
