Little Caesars

What pizza place doesn't have phones working? On top of that they weren't accepting any online orders lol. So I decide to drive over to Little Caesars and place the order. When I get there the disrespectful little teenager working night shift said they didn't take custom orders past 9:30. I was better off going to Stater bros across the parking lot and getting a DiGiorno frozen pizza, at least I wouldn't deal with a lousy kid.

Horrible I ordered on line , I made a mistake paying for extra sauce with bread sticks , I don’t like the sauce manager proceeds to say sorry I can’t refund you , so she gives me ranch to account but not with out warning me not to do again spent 30 dollars on little Caesar’s treated terrible then don’t even have the soda that was on order , so if I make a mistake it’s not okay but they make a mistake it’s oh we’ll pick another soda RIDICULOUS!!!!

This place is horrible! I mean what happened when they first opened Little Caesars way back when they would have hot and ready pizzas right when you got there that was one of the main reasons why I went so I didn't have to wait for it now when I go it's just like any other pizza place you have to wait 25 or 30 minutes just to get a regular pepperoni pizza and then they screw up your orders! Unbelievable! I hate going there now the only reason why I do is because my kid loves the pizza. If it wasn't for him I'd never go there again. *Update 10/8/21: Nothing's changed, in fact now it's even worse! 7 people in the lobby waiting for over 45 minutes for their online orders. I waited for 12 minutes and not one person came to the front to speak to anyone. "Hot n ready!" Yeah right.

Besides prior bad experiences at this location, the workers closed the store early at 830 when the sign clearly states that they are open until 10 PM and online it says it's open until 9. When you call the store they don't pick up the phone and even though they have many boxes of pizza piled on the counter they choose to ignore the multiple customers that come to their door. It's a bunch of teenagers working the night shift.

Everytime I order from this store its always super late getting the food. I ordered through the app for pick up and still waited 45 minutes after that to get my order. Don't bother ordering online for delivery either they will send the wrong order then your stuck having to go to the store to wait for them to fix your order. Unless you like wasting your avoid this little caesars location.
