Sonic Drive-in

Okay....place was clean....car parked next to me was lying in her front seat she may have been an employee because everyone kept coming up asking her everything was okay I never seen her order anything it was a little weird made me feel unnerved. But for the food I ordered a single burger cheeseburger and tater tots with cheese you'll see in the pictures hardly any cheese on my tater tots I even took a close up no cheese couldn't find a fork till I went and found one and then I found it in the side of the bag why they would do that as beside me and the straw that gave me for my milkshake I could not let my four year old granddaughter use because it was too big for her mouth unsure if they think they're serving Godzilla but they could have made a kid friendly at least besides that it was okay.

Was exhausted after work so decided to eat at sonics. Guy Travis taking order was nice but the large order of onion rings we ordered was 5 small onion rings. We asked politely if that was a large and he told us no and apologized. We patiently waited for new order and was then given a new order of large onion rings. They were a big glob of I dont know what but my dogs wouldn't even touch it! Needless to say we will NOT be back! Thanks for trying to make it right Travis!

Every time I go to this Sonic or order through Uber, DoorDash etc, my order is trash. Paid extra for bacon on an already $8 burger and asked for no pickles. I got pickles and no bacon. And I don’t recommend the popcorn chicken to anyone. It’s like they dumped the crumbs from the chicken tender bag into the fryer. No meat whatsoever. It’s not even worth complaining to them as it’s always the same. Steer clear. *Ive wasted enough time trying to get what I’ve paid for already, sometimes you pay to learn a lesson. Lesson learned. No thank you I will not be wasting anymore of my life taking the time to call your hotline to complain about what should have been done right the first time.

So I’ve only been to sonic like twice it my life but here’s to this time 04/21/22 @2:00pm I order a slushy and mozzarella sticks. I get a soda instead so I pull around to tell them and she’s like what did you get? Even my receipt says it. Also mozzarella sticks tasted like they’ve been sitting for a few hours . Lady at the window I said thank you twice and just shuts the window !

A great place to grab a cheap ice cream. They have a good selection of slushies too. A great place to visit if you need a quick stop to get something to combat the heat. This is my favorite sonic to go to. Ive grabbed food and slushies here many times and ive never once had an issue with missing items or bad staff. I highly recomend giving this place a try.
