Pizza Hut

Absolutely a terrible experience. I ordered a deep dish pizza with EXTRA pepperoni. I opened it right in front of them and it clearly had barely any pepperoni on it and it was super thin. Not even close to deep dish. Barely even qualifies as regular crust. Barely any cheese and barely any pepperoni. I could tell the two people working were super lazy. I nicely asked the guy if this is the right order and he looked at it and had that gall to tell me that it’s what I ordered. I didn’t want to be confrontational and I could tell he didn’t care so I just took it and left. First time trying Pizza Hut in years and it looks as if I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut for at least another decade. It’s not my fault if you hate your job. I paid for this.

Ordered extra cheese on my pizzas and while they may have put extra cheese on them it was mounded in the middle of the pizza and not spread out evenly at all. Ordered food online for 6:30 delivery and it was delivered about an hour early - guess THAT request went unnoticed. UPDATE: I was contacted by someone representing Pizza Hut corporate and told that a "regional manager" (or something to that extent) would be reaching out to me to discuss this issue further. Well, never received THAT call so apparently customer service/follow-up is not a concern of this establishment either. (Review edited from 2 stars to 1 due to this extremely poor "follow-up").

Store says closes at 10:00PM made an order on 2 different occasions 1 at 7:25 and 1 at 8:15 both times no answer when you call, I drove by the store it was closed with no sign on the door explaining why. I tried to call corporate and file a complainant but the people that answer barely understand English. Sucks because this was my fav Pizza Hut until they changed the staff the places is going down hill.
