Rotisserie St-hubert

Well the guys at work were looking for something different. Someone suggested St. Hubert. So we placed a takeout order. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional! From the the young lady that took the call( I do apologize for not remembering your name) to the the delivery man. I tried the Rib dinner ( Whiskey sauce ) and fries. Everyone that got chicken dinners were very happy too. I had never had the ribs but I’m here to tell you, your missing out, They are damn good. Fall off the bone and the sauce was the best to date! They had the order to us ( it was a large one) in under an hour. Nothing was forgotten and everything was hot! They then had a bag of fixings ( cutlery salt pepper ketchup mayo that stuff)! Great job St Hubert!

I have been eating food from this restaurant for over 30 years, today is the first time I was very disappointed. Placed an order for pickup, with a 90 minute ETA, seems reasonable, pulled up on time and waited a whole hour in line for the pickup window!! Needless to say by the time we got our food it was cold an soggy. They should manage the pickup window more efficiently, park the cars whose orders aren’t ready, and serve the rest. The food when served HOT is really worth 4-5 stars. There was plenty of staff to be seen, once I got to the window. Pickup window lane design has you trapped, you can’t get out even if you wanted to just walk in.

Food was not great and service was okay. Bathrooms had no soap and the whole restaurant was just a dim atmosphere. I've been to St Huberts in Hull Quebec and so much nicer. We ordered lunch specials for adults and children. Waiter didn't ask if we wanted desert or coffee at the end of our meal. We had to ask because he simply said is that all? When we asked what the deserts were and if we had deserts included he just told us to look at the menu. Never going back there.

Decided to have a lobster roll which looked wonderful in the photo. Shows chunks of lobster but what you get is a bit of minced lobster heavily mixed with green onion etc, nothing like the photos. You get more lobster if you buy a can at Sobeys. I imagine the other lobster products shown may also be misrepresented. The others in our group had chicken which they say was very tasty.
