I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Every food experience I have is delicious. The presentation, the service, the food quality, the prices, the atmosphere... this is truly a gem in Kanata.
If you’re looking to introduce a friend to vegan/vegetarian food, this place with impress.
Insider tip: arrive hungry and save room for dessert.

I really like the concept of this place but the taste wasn’t really there for me. The staff is incredibly kind and patient with my friends and I. We aren’t vegan but we like to try vegan food in Ottawa! The menu had a lot of options for lunch and breakfast type of food. Portions are large as well. To me the food wasn’t really worth the price and I won’t return just because it is a trek to bus here from downtown. Still glad I tried this cafe!

Went for brunch and had the chick’n burger and tofu scramble and both were fantastic! Service was great, lots of options on the menu and the coffee so big I couldn’t finish it! I’ll be daydreaming about this burger for the near future until I can get back and try something else! Oh! Also grabbed a thin mint cookie to go and it was delicious! Not often does the boyfriend want more than a “bite” of sweets but he insisted on half it was so good, next time we get extra to go!!

Fantastic lunch for our first time eating here! Wonderful food and variety of items on offer. We loved the bright atmosphere and everything was so good, plus really generous portions. Dessert to go was great too!

Absolutely delicious. This is a must-try for anyone, vegan or not. We were there for Sunday brunch and had the benny with a side of sausage links and the club. So fresh and filing, really an excellent deal for the price. We took some sweets with us for the drive home, cookies and bars, and they did not disappoint either!

Come early for the Sunday brunch! Place was full 20 min after opening. Staff is super friendly. Nice variety of both sweet and salty dishes. The banana waffle was a bit underwhelming but the Avo toast was delicious and so were the smoothies! They also have yummy cinnamon buns and other treats (perfect to bring home). Must try!

Service is very friendly. Excellent and healthy smoothies. Food presentation and concept are nice. However, the food is very dry and doesn't taste as good as it looks.

This is such a little hidden gem! The atmosphere is great and the staff are always super friendly and helpful! Amazing vegan desserts and delicious soy lattes. I can't wait to go back for brunch or dinner some time and try their "wing" night!
