Panera Bread

The restaurant is always clean. The employees are nice. The pastries and bagels are good and always taste fresh. It’s a nice place to have a good meal while shopping at the mall. The employees are friendly and nice. I recommend this location if you need a nice quick meal which in the area or shopping at the mall.

Panera bread has never failed me. This location is no different, I can always count on them to cheer my day up with a good bread bowl. This is a great place to eat at the mall, unless it is the weekend... VERY BUSY. They do a great job of getting people through the line but the store is a bit small so it can get a bit crowded. If you haven't had it, try their lemonade it is the best lemonade I have ever had.

I used to love Panera but am not really a fan any more. I still love their fresh bagels and some of their baked goods but have lost interest in their sandwiches and salads. I feel they are over priced for meal items that are overly sweet. I wish they would Take a step back toward the days of the St. Louis Bread company. Those were the days with the best food.

This particular Panera is not my favorite to go to. We usually only go there if we are stuck with no other options. The menu was fine and the staff is very friendly but it seems to be very busy and understaffed frequently takes a long time to get it in an order and once you get in your order you do have a bit of a wait. I think because of the traffic that comes through is just very busy all the time. It seems like someone's always cleaning the bathroom which is nice but it also seems like the bathrooms are never clean.

Always have been and will continue to eat at Panera but disappointed with my experience at this location. Three different items that I ordered in a row were not in stock including sides of bread, tortellini, and mac and cheese. Also the green goddess salad. Almost every table in the house was dirty. Great mannered staff but poor performance.
