Consistently the BEST food delivery in south Overland Park! Great job, Sarpino’s, OP! Exhausted & hungry at 1am last week, having just moved days prior, I ordered at such a late ( or early) hour. Not only was my salad huge & awesome, but the delivery was perfect. I now live in a big apartment complex & was concerned that the delivery person may not find it. I fell asleep briefly, woke up & checked outside my door and there it was. How many other delivery services have not been as great? Too many. I’ve ordered many times before from this store prior when in my house & they were always, always great. STILL the BEST! Thanks, all. You are so appreciated!

Whoever the kind and wonderful manager is for the night shift on 1/28 that I just spoke to about my order (I wish I'd gotten his name) deserves a bonus and raise! I called to ask about my order status and he was incredibly helpful, accommodating and informative. He made sure my order was going to get delivered in a timely fashion despite some staffing issues and he most certainly ensured that I will continue to be a happy repeat customer. That is what excellent service looks like and I'm grateful for the experience!

I ordered Chicken Alfredo with no onions. They literally Forgot the Chicken In the The Alfredo so I am so confused how that supposed to be OK. Called them the guy makes it seem like is my fault, Well we can either give you a credit or remake it.. How about you understand the assignment and the ingredients I ordered chicken Alfredo how do you forget the chicken isn’t this pre-prepared food. This is the second time this is happened at this particular restaurant that they have forgotten the chicken and the chicken Alfredo but specifically the chicken is in the title of the food so I don’t know how you forget it

very rude. called late on a thursday night this young girl answered and we simply asked if she delivered to our address and she said no and we tried asked another question about which of their places can deliver to us and she just rudely ended it. i get it its late, but i also work at restaurant and i dont think that’s acceptable to end a call like that.
