Came to eat at this place after years. The facility was fairly dirty (tables, floor just awful), and the food took a while to come out with minimal customers. The issue I had was that I didn't get the slushie I ordered and the shift lead (I'm assuming) tried to give me something else that I didn't order (I think they filled the wrong drink and wanted to force me to take it), and was being slick saying we didn't get that on the order, are you sure you ordered that? It took me a while to realize that was just nonsense. I pulled out my text receipt, as I had ordered through the kiosk and he was giving me attitude. I told them to investigate me some more, and after another five more minutes of standing around they did the right thing and gave me the slushie. It's amazing how tough things need to be these days even with all this technology. Definitely some discrimination going on here, I am not the UberEats guy as the shift lead manager was insinuating. Really messed up my lunch, I am sad to see this type of behavior these days in this small town. Avoid if possible, this is not a place you want to take your family on the weekends.

While Taco Bell is not really known for their fast service (in my experience, anyway), I was very disappointed with our visit here today. The line was actually not long, and we received our food quickly! But they gave me no receipt, and the quesadilla was BURNT and hard. We had gone through the drive-thru, but upon leaving and discovering the condition of the food, I drove around, parked and went inside. No one was manning the counter. After about a minute of standing there by myself, one lady who worked there noticed me and yelled out from the back, "What the name?" while she kept working. I was caught off guard, but just replied, "I'm not here to pick up an order." So she followed up with, "What's the issue?" I told her, and another lady asked what my order had been and subsequently printed and brought a receipt to me. But I also showed her the quesadilla and said that it was burnt, but that we would just keep it since I don't want to throw it away. She may or may not have even glanced when I showed her the burnt food, but said nothing and walked back to her post. That was it. No greeting, no apology. The customer service aspect (as well as the burnt food, ha!) was seriously lacking. Very disappointed.

Just so everyone knows they only serve two menu items if they are within 30 mins of closing. Soft and hard tacos. I don't know what gives employees or managers the idea they can dictate the menu and/or hours of operation of a business based on their own personal wants and needs. They obviously put themselves before the customer. STAY AWAY!

Can't complain...I miss in-person checkout, but they gotta do what they gotta. I'd like to see more veggie options, but that's probably more for the higher ups. Anyway, the folks there are always nice. 🤗

Very friendly staff, and the food came out warm and as ordered. The wait was a bit long for the number of people, but you pay at the same window as you get your food, so it takes them a bit longer. Also, a bit of a confusing drive through, with both Taco Bell and kfc in the same building.

Check your order before leaving drive-thru window. Ordered chicken power bowl but didn't get any plastic utensils to eat it with. Asked for Fire and Mild hot sauce. Received Fire and Hot. No napkins in the bag.

The crunch wrap was not good, hardly any meat. I used to like Taco Bell better in the past.

The customer service was rude. This one guy refused to take my order and asked me to order on the monitor. Last week when I came his behavior towards us was rude and so unprofessional. The food wasn’t good either. Food wasn’t fresh. I am not planning to come to this location again .
