Kfc

Probably the nastiest KFC I’ve ever been inside…maybe even worst kept fast food place I’ve ever walked into. Was late afternoon and very slow, I was the only one eating inside and there were a couple cars in drive through. Looked like the place had not been cleaned all week. There was food and trash on almost every table in the restaurant as well as all over the floor. Soda spilt all over the drink station. At first I blamed it on being short staffed like most places are but then I realized there were 5-6 workers there they were Just all mostly hanging out.

original recipe is addictive! very pleasant and helpful manager or assistant manager took my order. beyond that, though, all tables needed to be cleaned, and atmosphere lacks interest or comfort. also, they need to have HVAC adjusted because negative air pressure is so great I watched more than one person almost give up trying to open the door.

This has to be the not dirty but filthiest KFC we have been in I don't know how many states. There was not a clean table in the store When I brought this to Ales's attention she send out a young manwho cleaned or I guess that's what he thought he was doing. We walked in about 11:40 and were told it would be 20 minutes for original. There is not a clean piece of glass in the place. I wish I could post the photos I took I plan on sending to KFC Corporate. I asked for the owner contact info and Alex told me "Just do the survey. If the front of the house looks this bad what does the back of the house look like...

DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC!!! It is ran by kids who care more about playing and laughing than getting orders right. This place is late on mobile orders, consistently gives out the wrong food. This place will screw up your lunch break DO NOT GO! RETRAIN OR REPLACE YOUR ENTIRE STAFF!!! This place has turned me off of KFC as whole. I would negative stars if I could

Have been here twice today only to be told we don’t have what you need! My order has taken me 30 minutes to get tonight! Drive-through was closed over the lunch hour I walked in to order my food to only be told we’re out of that product!!!! How can you be out of a chicken sandwich the most common item to order??? You can’t make this up!

Ordered ahead on the app, walk in to pick up my order and was informed they were out of original recipe and it would be a 20 minute wait. They acted like I should just change my order to suit them. I wasn't even offered a drink for the inconvenience like so.e other places do. I WILL NOT return to this location.

Terrible Service. Ordered food tonight and was asked to pay 2.50+ tax more for food than it was listed on the menu board. When I brought this up to the person taking money, she got her manager and I told the same thing to the manager. She said the price was higher than what was listed on the menu board. I told her that was not allowed and she said, "we are not serving you." I then told her just take my card and charge it. I want to be on my way with the food. The manager told me again, "we are not serving you since you disagree with our price" and she shut the window. Be aware of this KFC. We've been there before and they are always out of items from the menu, forget to put some of our food order in the bag, and now they try to charge higher prices than advertised. This is not a well run restaurant! We are done with them.
