Panera Bread

Zero of our last three visits to this location this year have been a good experience. There's always something missing in the order; the order is incorrect; the size is incorrect; very few pieces of chicken... etc. The food tastes good but when all of that negative over shadows the food, I just can't keep going. This is the end for me. Can't keep spending money somewhere that can't do their jobs correctly & consistently.

I have never been disappointed with a Panera. The employees didn't seem like customers were a priority, they gave me a dry salad with no dressing, they left ingredients off my sandwich, gave me the wrong side item, and the place did not appear very clean. I only give them the second star because the food was edible.

1. Had a great person helping us at the front dining with the exception of so many repetitions. 2. Wait for food was def. over 20 minutes! That is a ridiculous amount of time at this kind of place 3. The customer appreciation at the drive-through and the food pick up inside both is just not there. Was hurried into ordering at the drive up. 4. Why do you not carry roast beef? You are a sandwich place!! Crazy. 5. Keep the focus on dairy free and non GMO bread pretty please. Best wishes to your staff.

I ordered two of the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwiches for a light supper tonight. This sandwich is supposed to be chicken "raised without antibiotics tossed with diced celery, seedless grapes, toasted almonds and special dressing, and served with emerald green lettuce, ..." When I got home, I realized that I got two Tuna Salad sandwiches "Special recipe tuna salad, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, salt and pepper on Black Pepper Foccacia. Ingredients. Red Onions. Salt ..." There is a big difference between those two sandwiches and employees should know the difference! I tried to call the restaurant to no avail. Unfortunately this Panera is below the usual standards of other Panera's. Don't go there!!
