beautiful spot that has become my standard stop over for lunch on the way to the finger lakes region. Outdoor seating with a wonderful view of the river. Healthy menu items include salads and fruits; fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Friendly service, and easy parking.

A friend took me to lunch for my birthday yesterday. I thought lunch was good until we got to the peach cobbler. My oh my, a huge serving with a scoop of ice cream on the side; absolutely incredible! I can’t wait to go back sometime!!!
Thank you River Rose Cafe for giving me such a pleasant birthday lunch on the deck overlooking the river... heaven!

Artfully plated, well seasoned lunch. Mighty river rolling by outdoor tables on gentle spring day. Many men will raise eyebrows at the foo-foo you have to walk through from the street to the cafe. But my wife found a cute $27 hat for her sister's expected granddaughter.

Behind an adorable store with cute odds and ends is a cute resturant. Delicious sandwiches and desserts! If the weather is warm, sit out side and look at the susquehanna river. I recommend this place!

The Rose Garden Tea Room is a delightful little place for lunch and tea in Endicott. Parking is in the rear of the restaurant and is usually available. It’s a very feminine place, but I’ve taken male relatives there who have really enjoyed the food. I recommend having the lemon chicken soup and the sampler platter (so you get a little taste of everything). They even have a wonderful little adjoined consignment shop to browse after eating.
UNCLE GERRY'S WIFE TIP: Their desserts are decadent! I recommend the chocolate peanut butter pie.

Happened upon this gem while passing through town. The soup was incredible and the roast beef on my panini was so tender it melted in my mouth. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful, nestled inside of the Hand of Man gift shop.
This is the kind of place that makes you wonder how chain
restaurants can stay in business!
It was great and looking forward to an excuse to go back.
