Banana Tree Oxford

My first experience of The Banana Tree was awful due to the service as they forgot about our order but the food was lovely. I never leave a review on the 1st experience and thought we would go back and give it another try. The 2nd and 3rd times I have been the service has been flawless and the food fantastic. I went with my wife and some family and we had a variety of dishes including the vegetarian ones. I had the Singapore Laksa which was cooked really well and tasted lovely. My cousin who had the vegetarian dishes said it was great as well. I would definately give this place a try and highly recommend it. Most items I have had while here have been lovely.

I recently dined at Banana Tree, and I must say, it was fantastic! Dona, made the dining experience exceptional. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was outstanding. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was top-notch. I highly recommend Banana Tree and I can't wait to return. Thanks to Dona and the team for a wonderful dining experience!

We were kindly greeted by the staff and served by Dona and Ricky, both of whom were lovely and helped bring a comforting atmosphere to the entire place. The variety of food was great, and the number of vegan/vegetarian options gave you plenty to choose from! The drinks tasted smooth, and the food was served at great pace. Naturally, the food itself tasted great as well as managing to be the perfect portion. Definitely coming back another time :)

Francisco was our server and he was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcomed :) (He also spoke Melayu with us for a bit which reminded me of home, which was a very pleasant surprise). The food was really good, we had vegan dishes and it was genuinely delicious! The vegan bites were amazing texture-wise and were very flavourful.
