The Bullnose Morris- Hungry Horse

This is my local, I'm disabled and use a mobility scooter, it's definitely not the easiest place to enter but I manage, I met some friends and it was the new menu,. I decided to have the new chicken kebab but it was really bad, dehydrated bread ,I'm not sure what it was supposed to be!!! They'd run out of coleslaw and the spicy chips were so hot the y were uneatable!!!!!!!.as I said this is my local so I really hope it improves, apart from today's hiccup the food is normally really good and the staff are great

When we first got there, there was group of people sitting at the table 15 and 14. They left shortly after we arrived. They made a mess. We had no choice but to sit there as there was 8 of us. The floor was left uncleaned, and we had to sit in a mess of chips and wrappers. One of the seats was very wet. The food took 45 mins to arrive, and for one of us it ended up taking an hour. We were informed that the reason for the food taking so long was because one of the chef went on break without telling anyone. The food was not what we asked for, we wanted mashed potatoes instead of chips, but we were left with chips anyway. When it was time for dessert, it took 20 minutes for us to get it. None of this was the waiters' fault, it was purely bad management. We will not be returning to the Bullnose anytime soon.

Been to this chain a few times and it was delightful. But this place was a shambles. Never complained to staff before, but to have it thrown back is a disgrace. Had to change the order twice because items had ran out on the menu, and they still missed food that we ordered. Spoke to the manager 'Jason' made it out to be our fault. We had already paid in full and nothing was rectified. Toilets where filthy and smelly. Just a really disappointing evening.

Very disappointing food. 5 of us eating food took 10 mins from the first plate arriving to the last one. The vegan in our group had ordered vegan fish fillets and received something that looked like an ordinary fish. We checked 3 times that it was definitely vegan and was reassured 3 times that it was. It wasn't, it was fish. The roast beef and yorkshire pudding sounded nice. No beef so got dried up chick breast instead and a spoonful of mashed potato. No gravy. Cold Yorkshire pudding. Eventually beef gravy delivered. Plus other minor irritants.

Great place for travelling community. My pregnant girlfriend is in hospital fighting to keep our baby after the table plus contents were smashed into her stomach. No apology from the travellers and no help from any staff whatsoever.. in fact,they all turned away rather than help..take heed. If you're a family and not a traveller - stay well away.I'm going to persue this matter legally against the staffs total disregard of the situation.

Been there about four times and each time seems to be getting worse. Went yesterday with partner and ordered ribs and scampi. They came and told us they were now out if scampi! So partner had macaroni cheese. My ribs were fine. However, my partner said her meal tasted funny and had a bitter aftertaste. I tried it and said seems ok but within s few seconds I knew what she meant. It did have a strange range to it and was bitter. I can only presume that either the cheese or milk was off. Got a refund in the macaroni but it’s not the point.
