Mcdonald's

Just recently started going to McDonald's because of my kid. After trying multiple ones in the greater Cincinnati area, Oxford and Hamilton, I can say the only one with consistently good quality food is this one in Oxford. The atmosphere is also very open and welcoming. It's also pretty clean. I am not a fan of fast food, especially since quality has gone down and prices up since 2020, so it's nice to know this particular location has consistently good quality food.

Was passing through during a trip. Very clean restaurant and restroom. Service was a little slow but was very busy so it's understandable. Staff worked well as a team and on top of customer needs. If I'm ever in the area again I would certainly return. I have stopped at many McDonald's restaurants and it is clear that the people owning and running it care about the business. Couldn't determine how employees are treated but if they are taken care of as well as the business then the employees should be very happy and glad to have caring management and owners.

Overall, this McDonald's is constantly good. I usually have no complaints. My food is always good and most of the time is correct !! I would say one of the best local McDonald's . They tend to be busy a lot, but that doesn't usually affect the service. I would say that over the last two years, I have had only one bad experience, and considering the number of times we had visited, we had thus locations that's really nothing. We are creatures of habit so we almost always get the same meal when we come in . It's always right, and the fries are almost always good !! We enjoy the app now. It's nice to have already placed the order or to just give the code . The best part of using the app is not having to pay at the window. If you have the card saved to your app, then it just automatically pays!!! That is just a wow every single time !!! I love it, and I hate that I didn't start using the app sooner !!! Also, another cool part about giving the app code or ordering from the app is that the order taker always greets you by name, which adds a little personal touch . I like that you can reorder previous orders as well !! Also, if you forgot something on the app or the option isn't showing, no worries, they always make sure to ask if you need to add anything . So the app is definitely 10 out of 10 for me !!!
