Dropping 5 stars for no other reason then giving this place a bit of a review boost- I see a lot of bad reviews citing long wait times for delivery, and I see how this is frustrating, but that's no reason to give an otherwise good restaurant such a bad review. On top of that, this is clearly due to the fact that this place is understaffed seeing as one man was running the entire restaurant when I visited. He prepared my food promptly and it tasted fine. It's Jimmy John's. If want Jimmy John's and you're in Oxford, don't let the bad reviews scare you off. And please... be patient with the staff here. They're doing their best.

Best Sandwich Artists around!!! Love the staff & I Love how friendly & kind they are to me Every time I stop in! Delicious sandwiches & excellent service! I really can't ask for more. Please also remember, this location is in a College town. Don't go in drunk & belligerent asking to use the bathroom, or try ordering a sandwich. Go get your food before getting tanked!!! Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk....just kidding. It's just a Google review.....but seriously, get food first, then drink your adult beverages.

Ordered the 2 beach clubs, 2 bags of chips, and 2 drinks. Order took about 20 minutes to arrive. The delivery person was very friendly. When we started to eat the sandwich, there was barely any lettuce, and no avacado spread. Called the store to let them know.. and within 10 minutes, 2new sandwiches, 2 new bags of chips, and 2 new drinks were at our door. Every speedy business is going to slip up and be less than perfect, but this location handled the situation perfectly. Will definitely be reordering.

All but one, nearly perfect, pretty close but not quite. All accurate reflections of my experiences with this location. Generally I really enjoy the food, however, it seems that every single order has some sort of issue with it. If I got a sandwich with a cookie and a drink then they will forget either the cookie or the drink. Or they get both but forgot about my order and didn't send it out for ~2 hours (this has happened multiple times). In short; great food and aggressively okay service
