Quick service even though it was a few minutes wait. Food was excellent!

Oxford D's across from Walmart. Sat in drive thru over 20 min and food still not ready when we reached the window. Asked the lady at the window if my food was ready before I paid and she said yes it is coming out now. Still had to wait another 5 min for food. Only good thing about the visit was that most of the food was hot. There wasn't even ANY ice in the drinks. The okra tasted like dirt. Bottom line, WOULD NOT recommend this Captian D's to anyone.

You can barely understand the person on the speaker at all. You have to strain to hear them and then you can’t understand ur total. Asked for a receipt at the window so I could see if they got my order entered correctly and they said to pull up and it would be in the bag... they are pulling up EVERY CAR!!! If they are on a timer it is not a legit time because they are pulling EVERYONE UP!!! The one in Batesville does the same thing. Get it together and DO BETTER!
