Burger King

Don't bother! Not visited a burger king in ages. Wasn't too busy but we had to queue to order at the machines and a couple were not working . Card payment only. Finally ordered and we waited for our order. Everyone who ordered after us got food but we were still waiting. Went up and they said it was a big order so would take longer. (we ordered 2 msin meals and 2 kids meals?!?) A manager (we think) came out and tried to sort things out. Nobody knew whst they were doing. We eventually got our food rammed into paper bags. Stone cold, chips fell out all over the place. Worst £24 I have spent. Such a shame because I love a whopper.

Had to wait 30 minutes for our food to be ready after ordering, and got it after everyone else that came in after us. Nothing special was ordered and could see people getting the same who ordered whilst we were waiting. Food was cold by the time we got to eat it and the only was to describe the test of the nuggets was like the smell of petrol and a 20 year old car.... would not recommend.

I used to enjoy visiting occasionally before the pandemic. Now everything is worse. Long waits. Capri sun instead of a bottle of juice - and they'd even run out of orange, which they didn't tell me till I'd paid and was collecting the order. No condiments? Awful. I won't be back anytime soon. Edit: oh, and five hours after my visit, I experienced symptoms of food poisoning.

Ordered on the app but it didn't go through for some reason. At the tills they found the order but no apology for the delay. Burger was disgusting, burnt and tasted like it had been under a hot light for an hour. Was like eating a hockey puck with half cooked salad. Would have taken it back but staff were so rude couldn't be bothered.

Visited twice in the last 3 weeks, after poor first visit gave benefit of doubt as order machines weren’t working, wasn’t the cleanest although virtually empty, self serve drinks weren’t working so had to wait to order (even though not busy) and as they didn’t have large drink cups we couldn’t have large meals! Rejected my option of a buying large meal and get a refill drink of smaller size cups. 3 weeks later no improvement other than service, the guy serving was great. However still no working order machines, no self serve drinks, frozen drink machines weren’t working either, only me plus a couple sitting in yet place was dirty with unwired tables, rubbish lying around and overflowing bins. Most worryingly was my food with burger which seemed undercooked. Cold enough that cheese didnt melt and bacon a bit cold and almost like taken from fridge . Fries were great. I’ll be avoiding this one in future
