Captain D's

I was really craving Long John Silvers, but they are closed so I had decided to go by this Captain D’s location. I admit that I ordered thirty minutes before closing, and I understand that can be frustrating. I spent $23 on cold double dozen shrimp and four of the smallest, strangest tasting pieces of fish I’ve ever seen. These fish were literally about the size of a sharpie in length, width and thickness. They had a strange texture more similar to chicken but still flaked like fish. They also tasted more like chicken than fish. I think they cut one of the broiled fish into four strips and battered and fried them. I understand Inventory and waste management are important, but I was truly disappointed in my meal. I only give this review in hopes that I can help you improve!

Looked online and it says 10:30am is what time they open. We got there it was 10:59am was told they weren't open and when asked they said they opened at 11am. (Once we actually went through the paper sign on the drive-thru window says 10:30am) the people were rude and pushy kept asking is that all and are you done as we were trying to order. Overall just a bad experience. Food was fine but then service was terrible! I understand that customer service jobs are hard as I've worked in that line of business for a while now but this uncalled for.

I normally love captain ds but ive been watching what I eat and havent had in a while so we prdered today and idk what happened but the portions were much smaller We got the family fish meal. The pieces of fish were half of what they usually are...very small and breading was pale and soggy. Ive never had a complaint but this was just disappointing
