Domino's Pizza

Hey, I work at Home 2 suites. We have a deal made to where I get a free pizza for every 10 recommended deliveries to my hotel. Each time I call you guys tell me you don't do that and hang up. Why have I been recommending your bad pizza if you guys won't honor your deal? I'm very confused. I finally got in touch and found out that after several recommendations, you guys are no longer honoring our deal. You have no honor. I hope the best for your company being led with no moral values.

I am done. Going to support Shaq at Papa John. I ordered 2 Lg carryout 2 topping pizzas. I got them to eat while watching a football game. This is what they gave me (pictures have been added to images. The pizza was over cooked. The crust was burned/dried out.) How do you let this leave the store??? You know this is not a good pizza but you allow a customer to take the pizza home. I called an of course they replaced the order but I had to drive back to get the new order. That is time away from the game I wanted to watch and gas used to pick up the new order. The order before this one I asked for no garlic crust. What did I get 2 Lg pizzas with garlic crust. I understand every order will not be perfect but to give a customer pizza that is not to the standard expected is lazy. All they wanted to do is see if I would complain or take what I was given. I am done. Papa John has never gotten my order wrong or gave me a pizza that was not to standard.

Brittany and Alisha are amazing Managers. They set the example by being customer-oriented and professional. Their staff are friendly, efficient, and make sure they double-check if they’re not certain about something. Kudos to Erik and Christen for their outstanding phone etiquette. Our pizzas are always perfectly made, and sooo delicious😋!!! Keep up the great work, Team Domino’s in Oxford, AL!

Used to be great but the last couple orders were not good. The pizzas aren't getting cooked all the way, pasta is watery and my last order looked like a 2 year old made the pizza and then someone dropped it. It was also hardly cut. I've always loved dominos but they've been seriously lacking the past few months. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars instead on 1 is because the stuffed cheesy breads are always good. I think this was my last order today.

Ordered a pizza, went to go pick up my pizza. I get there and the cook is chatting up front with people he knows. As im waiting they say good bye and bump hands. The cook goes straight to his station and grabs the raw pizza dough and starts to work it, no gloves and no hand washing. No mask in sight. I paid for my order but tossed it straight in the trash, will not be back

I always order a sub, and 1 day they are awesome, the next day its over cooked, hard and no hardly any toppings. Im gonna start checking it before I buy it. Other then that its good food, love the chicken bacon ranch subs. And if you order it to be dilevered its really fast. So I called in tonight to place my order and explain about the subs being over cooked. It was the worse I've gotten yet. Burned on tge ends and slopped together. The pizza had big crust , no cheese towards the crust. Too many pizza places to go for me to keep wasting my money. I took pictures and called up there but I was tired of setting on hold.
