Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

The last time I went to this location the food was ok the service was good though. Just got a typical sandwich it was pretty good. The wait time was short all of my food was ready when I got there. The only reason 4 stars is the prices. Personally I think that they are a little high. Other than that just what you would expect.

Don't see what the hype is the people there don't even say anything. It was my first time I have no clue what to do because people sitting standing drink line. Very unorganized. Seems like nothing special, not impressed. I'm going keep going to 5 guys, at least there I know where order and staff acknowledges me.

I went to eat at this location after shopping at Wal-Mart. Employees were kind and friendly. The restaurant was clean and was busy with a lot of customers. We got our food within 10 minutes from ordering. My jalapeno steak was awesome, and my wife had her favorite grilled cheese. We couldn't leave without having the employees thanking us and wish us a good night. We will be returning to this location for their hospitality and freshly cooked food.

This place is great. The level of service I love!!! Jennifer, Chelsea, and Beth ( I hope that’s her name. She wears a bow all the time) are always so kind and helpful every time we go in. I thought they deserved some credit. The custard shakes are insane. We will definitely be back not only because the food is great but service is a big deal!

Usually this location is ok on cleanliness, but today, not so much. The floor look as if it hasn’t been swept or mopped all weekend. Table felt dirty, other tables looked dirty. Bathrooms were terrible!However, Our server, Evan, was very friendly and attentive to us, probably the best server we’ve ever had there. Our food came out fast and was good as usual. 12/29/18: Back again about 5 months later to give the place another try. We sat down, a young server came over and immediately took our drink order...then forgot about us. Sitting there with my wife and 4 year old for 15 minutes waiting our drinks and to make our order gave me plenty of time to notice the table was dirty, floors were dirty, behind the counter was just a mess. Our drinks never came, we finally got up and left. What a shame. 11/15/19: Nearly a year later and the place earned 2 more stars from me (1 to 3 stars). A much better experience.
