Pizza Hut

The pizza I ordered was not correct. It was supposed to be stuff crust with pepperoni, bacon(I accidentally put Italian sausage)and black olives. So there was Italian sausage, olives but NO pepperoni! I usually always check before I leave but was trying to figure out how to hold the cups of marinara sauces I paid for because they were handed to me with no lids and plastic wrap on the top of them. I asked for a bag to put them in but they were spilling out. So I asked for a wing box or small box to put them in. The lady at the window was on here cell phone the entire time

I ordered the previous evening. When I got to the drive thru to pick up I was told it would be a few minutes. I asked what's a few and was told 5 or 6. Pulled around and waited 15 started to go back to ask for a refund as I was not waiting any longer. They stopped me as I was pulling out with my order. I asked If it was even started before I arrived and was told that they were short staffed. My issue was I should have been told on my arrival that It wasn't even started. If I wanted to wait that long I would not have ordered the night before. Manager told me things happen and for me to calm down when I called to complain....he totally missed the point.I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD
