Waited forty minutes for our food because they didn't have chicken available at Kentucky Fried Chicken. The wait was supposed to be 16 minutes. No apologies, no semblance of customer service at all. Then we still didn't have everything. I try not to give reviews like this, because I've done food/customer service and customers can be horrible, but they didn't even speak when they shoved our food at us.

They were out of sweet tea and Mountain Dew, okay no problem. But, then when I open my 3 piece box I noticed the biscuit looked weird. It was literally a pillsbury type biscuit, wth!? The cole slaw tasted weird and so did the Pepsi. The mashed potatoes were okay and so was the Mac and cheese but next time I want KFC I’ll be going to the Butner location cause Oxford location is nasty! I do not recommend, seriously don’t waste your money here!!

This was the gravy we received, this is gross.
I ordered an 8 piece bucket with mashed potatoes and Gravy and coleslaw. But what we received was mashed potatoes and the below gravy, macncheese and green beans. This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. I have complained before and nothing was done.

Disgusting, this restaurant is absolutely filthy, disgustingly filthy, the soda machine does not work, the staff got the order wrong twice, the worst experience ever, we walked out didn't eat our food or ask for a refund, feel like I need a shower.

Very disappointing, got there at 9 o'clock,Waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes, then was informed that the chicken was thrown away and did not have enough To make a 12 peice they close at 10

Love KFC food but this place has gone down hill. Wait time is shameful. Fifteen to twenty years ago this KFC Was the best on the east coast. Now I drive away from Oxford to find good chicken. Sad, sad,sad. Shame on you all who say you work.

This is one of most unclean KFC I have ever seen. Customers need to stop sitting in the drive-tru line and go inside to see where their food is coming from. Saw one food service worker in a hoodie while serving food NASTY! Tried to give 1star but was blocked
