Domino's Pizza

I don't usually post reviews and this domino's location is generally on point. But on a very not busy night (all 3 employees in the floor greeted me when I came in and there was one other pizza for pickup) , I picked up my small pizza and am pretty disappointed at what $16+ bought. The veggies were largely uncooked, the cheese was barely melted, and though I came home and reheated it under the broiler to remedy those issues, the dough is 2/3 uncooked and gummy. It's just a sad sack pizza that did not live for long enough in the oven. They get an A for service (really it was almost all online but the greeting was warm) but not for baking a pizza or even including the garlic sauce I paid for but didn't get. 😔

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place has gone down hill. I ordered a pizza to get delivered. Got a call 10 minutes after the pizza was done on the tracker saying that they didn't have delivery drivers. So I went down there to pick it up...the pizza was cold and they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. I will not be back again. I'll make my own pizzas from now on.

Honestly I don’t know how this location is still open!!! They never get your order right, or your sauce you order so you don’t order delivery if you want what you paid for even when you go into the store they don’t have them or the drink you order. Not only that they never have pasta and wait almost 45 minutes after you order to let you know. The pizza are poorly prepared and cut like everyone there hate their job that we didn’t ask them to sign up for. Oh and let’s talk about how i order a philly cheesesteak 12/29/21 and they told me that next time I ordered I could get it due to them not having any mushrooms and other items need to make it (even though i said i would take it without mushrooms like i did the pizza). So when I asked for it on my next order they said that they couldn’t do it because the general manager didn’t approve it!!!!So they took my money and I got nothing in return for it. So if you really want pizza and you are in the area i would recommend you go to Pizza Hut, cause domino’s may have amazing pizza but that is only if you are eating at any location besides this one!!!!!!!

I ordered at 7 pm tonight. I got a notification saying pizza was ready at 7:16pm. Went in and paid and stood in there till 7:48. A guy said your pizzas ready he’s just boxing it. Apparently it takes longer to box the pizza than it does to cook it. Worst part is I got home and went to get a slice of pizza and non of the cheese was melted. I had to put it back in my over when I got home. It’s currently 8:40 and still haven’t got to eat my pizza from where they didn’t cook it all the way and it’s in the oven…! On my second pizza it had pepperoni and sausage on one side and was suppose to have pepperoni and back on other half. Well I only got pepperoni and sausage.. no they were not short staff! They had 5 people in kitchen staff. This is the second time in last 2 months this has happened. I’d understand if my order was big but I always get two pizzas. And that’s it. They need new kitchen staff or new managers to train better. I bet this will be blamed on Covid-19 just like everything else is….

Very bad service at the Oxford N.C. Domino's pizza. Everyone may not have access to wi fi to Place online orders. I placed a phone call to domino's for a phone order. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up to place another call and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes with no order taken. I placed a 3rd and 4th call they would pick up and place the phone on hold without saying anything of course and order was never placed after and hour of trying to do so. This is very very bad business for Domino's pizza. In Oxford N.C.

I never thought I would ever have to write a review this bad, but this really tops the cake of all reviews. I ordered a car side pick up for a Handmade Pan pepperoni pizza at 4:30pm. They said it would be ready at 4:50pm. I arrive at the door at 4:48pm and sent the text saying I was “HERE” I was driving a WHITE FORD. The guy proceeds to walk out and ask me “are you the silver Chevrolet” I just shook my head no. He walks back in. The silver Chevrolet was RIGHT BESIDE ME. So I roll my window down to let her know they have her pizza and she waited and she proceeded to have to go in and get her pizza and they had to remake it because it sat so long it was cold. So I’m waiting and waiting, finally I go in and I’m like I have a car side order. She grabs the pizza and hands it to me I open it and it was RAW in the middle. So she said she would remake it. Cool. I come back inside 10mins later and she didn’t remake it at all and had left and didn’t tell the next shift. So they remake it. 10mins later I get handed a pizza that looked worse than the first. It looked like absolute PUKE. I asked for just a regular hand toss pepperoni pizza and he offers me some cinnamon twist, I politely said no sir I’m allergic but I can do some Garlic bread twist, he said cool that’s fine. Okay 15mins later my order finally comes out and I open the box and guess what CINNAMON TWIST! When I say I am NEVER returning. I mean NEVER. EVER. I’ll sweep the beach with a toothbrush before I ever come back!
